Beautiful place Central to everywhere we wanted to go our second time stay here the first time our room was beautiful and clean

Cons:

🚨First room:
- There’s a dog poop looking thing underneeth basin, god knows what this is.
- The water tap isn’t even attached to the basin, hose exposed to outside and handle is useless.
- Food pieces left on kitchen bench
- stinky shower

🚨Second room: (got a new room due to the issues)
- A sticky patch on the bedsheet, with curly hair stuck to it. (Gross)
- Room lights keep blinking, can’t keep them on.
- The button for lift on 17th floor is broken.
- And shower is still dirty.

Housekeeping was done once during the 4 night stay, just to leave everything the same.
Not to mention the very poor range of tea or coffee but that’s the least of the problem.

The only nice thing about the hotel was the staff who helped me on the first night who switched the rooms for me. Wasn’t his fault at all that the second room was equally gross only minus the dog poop.

Beyond bold calling this a hotel yet alone a 4 star, not even a student apartment would be this dirty or rundown. Was so disgusted to even keep these photos on my phone. Absolutely the worst hotel experience. Have been to way nicer conditions with 1/5 the budget.

Fantastic location and great value for money
Pros:

Situated between Russell and Exhibition Streets in Bourke St the Hotel is in a great location. Free zone tram stop adjacent to front entrance. We upgraded to an Executive one bedroom apartment which was large with a great view from the 22nd floor. Apparently other one bed room apartments don't have the view. Had everything we needed for a city break

Cons:

Nothing all great Better individual styling would have made the place a wow.
