Fantastic location, spacious rooms.
Pros:

Fabulous location, spacious apartment, friendly staff. Beds are comfortable, rooms well equipped.

Cons:

The grout in the shower was quite dirty and had black mould. The shower screen was dirty on both sides along the bottom. Liquid soap for the bathroom sink was very runny, so it splurted all over me the first time l used it. Toilet roll holder was loose.

It was easy and enough. Just not sparkling or wonderful
Pros:

Location - awesome. Literally at a tram stop in the city, a few good food options in close proximity and many in [more distant] walking distance. Very convenient. The beds were comfortable. Reception staff were really lovely and helpful. New, very clean grout in the shower. Not too noisy! Even though I’m sure it was very busy, there was barely any noise audible from the halls and adjoining rooms.

Cons:

Not especially clean in general - (except there was nice clean linen) - the walls, kitchen facilities and the glass door were not clean. The carpets are stained and don’t feel clean. (They could be, but the stains just don’t help.)

Always my Melbourne CBD first choice.
Pros:

Easy check in, parking available. Beds always comfortable and staff fabulous. Perfect location for public transport and access to Melbourne CBD sights.

Lovely staff, great facilities, amazing area around the reception for chilling, waiting, eating, relaxing. Very central location. Everything was great.

Great location, spacious room and a good last minute deal.
Pros:

Had a great deal, including an upgrade. A very spacious and well appointed Queen suite. Ideal location with paid onsite parking available undercover.

Cons:

Carpet in need of a deep clean for some stains and the shower for grout / mould.
