Mauvaise odeur dans la chambre. Remontée d'égout. Chambre vraiment petite. Pas de quoi prendre des serviettes dans la salle de bain.

Very clean and the staff were pleasant. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.
Room very small. It was difficult to open a large suitcase and lay it flat.

Very noisy in the morning as they had had a delivery of mattresses. Twice someone knocked on our door despite us putting label on door that we didn’t want to be disturbed My husband wasn’t well and it was very annoying.This hasn’t happened before as we had stayed here previously.
2nd time we have stayed at the Brit hotel.
Really enjoyed our stay, especially as my wife and I were the only people in the restaurant. The young man that served us our meal and looked after us during our day was fantastic. A really nice guy.
The knob of a policeman who would not let us in at the rear of the hotel because he thought we shouldn't be going through that entrance. The hotel were hosting the local police for immigrants trying to cross the channel. The entrance at the rear is where the hotel owner told us where to go to get to our room, quite embarrassing, then again, he had a big gun!
J'ai réservé sur hotel.com pour le lundi 23/12/24 et une fois sur place, il n'y avait plus de chambre pour moi malgré le reçu qui m'a été envoyé par mail comme quoi j'avais payé la chambre... du coup, j'ai dû prendre une chambre dans un autre hôtel... Le site vend plus de chambre qu'il n'y en a de disponible.
Very cramped room. Expected better for 86€.
Friendly and helpful staff. Very close to Etaples Military Cemetery that we were visiting.
The one criticism is that the rooms aren't very soundproofed so you can hear noise from the corridor and other rooms.
Location excellent for onward journey to the tunnel. Good value for money.
