De foto's kwamen niet overeen met wat we kregen bij aankomst!
Pros:

Ideale locatie met leuk zwembad. Teleurstellende kamers.

Cons:

We hadden de master suite met uitzicht op zee geboekt. Bij aankomst leek ons kamer helemaal niet zoals op de foto's. We waren erg teleurgesteld en hebben een alternatief aangeboden gekregen. Het alternatief was om gratis ontbijt te krijgen en na 2 nachten te verhuizen naar de kamer dat wel effectief op foto's voorkwamen. Het alternatief stond ons niet helemaal aan aangezien de prijs van deze kamers hoog ligt. We zijn naar een ander hotel gegaan voor twee dagen. Hebben ons geld terug gekregen voor die twee dagen. Nadien zijn we terug gegaan en hebben we de kamer van de foto's gekregen. Die was ook zeer teleurstellend.

Great location with access to the best part of the beach!
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at Amaite! Definitely the best part of the beach with a fantastic beach club and pool. So central and easy to walk to everything as well. Nice, clean rooms - we would stay here again!

Super happy, perfect location for a couple

En Mi habitación en el 2do piso se filtró el agua de la lluvia por el techo, también desde el día anterior empezaron a construir en la habitación de abajo generando ruidos molestos de construcción, me quejé al segundo día Ya cansado de los ruidos y me ofrecieron una suite del primer piso, alejada del ruido. No debieron esperar a que me queje.

Paradijsje op het paradijs.
Pros:

Alles! Perfecte ligging op het kleine eiland. Aan het strand, en je loopt direct het dorpje in. Zwembad was heerlijk en het strand was de perfecte plek om de zonsondergang te bekijken. Personeel was super beleefd en stond altijd klaar. Het ontbijt was top om de dag mee te starten. Misschien wel het beste hotel waar ik ooit verbleven hebben gezien prijs-kwaliteit. Een paradijsje binnen het paradijs dat Isla Holbox is.

Pros:

Het strand en zwembad zijn erg mooi en fijn. Goede bedden. Ook is de locatie erg goed, direct in het centrum met veel leuke restaurants om de hoek.

Cons:

Het minpunt van in het centrum zitten is het geluidsoverlast, neem dus oordoppen mee. Daarnaast is het eten en drinken heel erg prijzig.
De kamers waren mooi en prettig maar niet perse 4 sterren waardig, de badkamers zijn iets gedateerd.
