Properties like this that are very far from the nearest airport do not count for delays, 1 of our 3 flights was cancelled and we could not get in to Holbox until 1 day later, hotel did not offer a refund for the missed night or any other accommodation.

I feel like I should give my honest review.. I. Regards the customer service the staff was extremely mean and rude at the hotel and the hotel restaurant. I was a little disappointed in the free breakfast as they serve you the same thing everyday. Other than that it’s nice.

Great hotel with great location!
Pros:

Great location and an amazing beach.
Close to everything but still quiet in the room. Excellent service and the food was also really good. Breakfast was the same every day, maybe some variation could be good. We stayed at seaside suite and liked it, however it was a bit dark and worn out. WiFi was really good.
If you have something urgent to ask from the hotel, I recommend calling, since they didn’t replay to my message in several days. However once we got to the hotel, everything worked smoothly.
Overall great hotel and would definitely recommend and book again!

Spaceous, comfortable room. Had a ground floor room I enjoyed the private garden and sunbed. The shower is outdated. Otherwise I enjoyed my room. What I found very poor for this price is the breakfast.

Fantastisk sted. God beliggenhed ned til strand og tæt på byen. Venligt, imødekommende og smilende personale. Gode værelser. God service. God mad i restauranten. Rengøringen optimal. Liggestole på stranden (gratis) til rådighed + badehåndklæder. Alle gør hvad de kan for at give gæsterne et dejligt ophold. Tak for det. Et ophold her kan bestemt anbefales.

[1/6/25, 11:38:13 a.m.] Jonas: El hotel es muy bonito, los cuartos son lindos y cómodos y el desayuno incluido, aunque no es muy abundante, está bien. Sin embargo, si tu interés es ir a descansar, escuchar el sonido del mar y aislarte del ruido, este definitivamente no es el hotel adecuado. Desde las 8.30 de la mañana hasta las 10 de la noche se escucha el ruido del beach club. Es música que van variando a lo largo del día (desde música ochentera hasta techno). Aunque no es un sonido fuertísimo, sí es alto y se escucha en el cuarto; y en las tumbonas del hotel que están en la playa. De hecho, al revisar de dónde venía tanta música, nos dimos cuenta que las propias enramadas que dan sombra a las tumbonas del hotel tienen instaladas pequeñas bocinas para amplificar el sonido. Es decir, es una política del hotel tener música todo el día. Adicionalmente, dado que el hotel se encuentra al final de la calle principal, se escucha mucho el ruido de los locales, bares y restaurantes que se encuentran alrededor. En una de las tres noches que pasamos ahí, el ruido de la calle era molesto y no dejaba dormir bien. El hotel es adecuado para ir de reventón, pero no es nada recomendable si lo que quieres es tranquilidad. Es una lástima que no se den cuenta de que no todos los clientes buscan ruido, muchos queremos escuchar el mar. De hecho, ni pudimos estar en el balcón de nuestro cuarto por el mismo bullicio.

The hotel was right on the beach and on the Main Street. Great location. It’s a part of the cultural difference, I think. They mostly play 80ish American music too loud.
All of Holbox is extremely noisy with their music. Definitely unhealthy decibel numbers for us. The place is more for the younger travelers.

Excelente servicio, todo el personal muy amable y atento. La habitacion limpia y proporcionada, con los servicios necesarios (internet, aire acondicionado, minibar, humificador y caja fuerte). El baño limpio y espacioso. El unico inconveniente fue la tv, se desconectaba de internet. Las areas comunes bien organizadas y aseadas (restaurante, recepción, lounge y palapas frente a la playa) En general me llevo una gran experiencia. Espero regresar.

Great hotel on the beach and the end of town. The location was perfect for exploring restaurants and bars and the beaches nearby. The rooms were comfortable, great AC and firm bed (which is a very Mexican thing) and kept clean and tidy. The food and drinks served were better than average! But the crowning achievement of this place is the service by the staff - amazing service, friendly, helpful, genuinely warm & welcoming! If you’re American, be sure to tip as is accustomed for excellent service, they earn it! Will recommend to my people and definitely coming back!
