The services were excellent. However the trance music in the common areas was way too loud, impeding even normal conversation. I would expect a hotel dedicated to old Hollywood would play big band and jazz music. just saying.

Great location. A very good tidy clean hotel with a good breakfast. Rooms small'ish but good comfortable bed and clean

Staff are helpful but unfortunately I did get my Bose Headphones stolen from my room during my stay so be careful with leaving valuables.

The staff is absolutely phenomenal. From the moment you enter the hotel every single person no matter the position is ensuring you are well taken care of. The front desk was so amazing. The dining room staff could not have been more accommodating. The servive was top notch and the food was incredible. The omelets were my favorite, cooked to perfection. The chef remembered my order the next day
Impressive!!! The bellhops were very efficient and friendly. Try this hotel you will not be disappointed. Also the decor is straight out of a architectural magazine, very beautiful.

This hotel is in a safe and accessible location within Melrose Arch. The retro decor takes a while to get used to but don’t let that put you off. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast’s spectacular. The best part of the hotel is the people. From the front desk to the restaurant to the laundry facilities, everyone is incredibly friendly and efficient. I have stayed here multiple times with my family and alone, and will keep on coming back. Very good value for money.
