We got food poisoning from the restaurant one night but that was probably a one off and very short lived. Else the food is better than last year and the diving continues to be good - this is really a no-frills place but so relaxing and laid back I would go back again. Service is great and staff are very warm and helpful. Diving is fantastic but again, no-frills. Don't expect luxury. Power goes out regularly so a good way to just disconnect.

Stayed for 3 nights as first arrival point at Manado airport. Good pickup service. Stayed in Waters Edge Room. Plenty of space and comfortable. Good shower. Strong WiFi. Breakfast was fine as were other meals. Did 3 dives at Bunaken. Satisfactory dive centre with no issues. (I used my own equipment). Would recommend and return myself.

the hotel is located in front ocean, has a nice pool. but diving, food and spa are all extremely expensive. transportation in and out is expensive too.

空港から30分と近いので、ショッピングや観光に興味がない人にはお勧めです。田舎の住宅街の不便な立地です。ダイビング以外はぼーっとしたかったので個人的には気に入りました。
メナド市街まではタクシーで30分程度。70000Rpくらいです。（スーパーや食事の外出時）ドライバーが遠くにいると呼んでも1時間くらいかかることもあるので、余裕があったほうがいいかもしれません。女性の一人旅だったので、帰りに困った時ように、ホテルスタッフが連絡先を教えてくれました。
（タクシーに乗れるかとか、心配したからかもしれませんが）
私は深夜に到着したので、片道US$25で往復送迎を予約しました。到着した夜、ホテルのスタッフがコンビニでの買い物を提案してくれたので、飲み物などをを買っておいて大正解でした。
ダイビングは30分程度でポイントに到着します。今の時期透明度はあまりよくないですが、景観はポイントによって変わるしと生物はいろいろ見られます。
最後に他の方も書いてましたが、モスクから大音量が早朝から始まるのでそこは覚悟したほうがいいです。

Perfect facility for diving and snorkling trips, but the best are the great rooms, spa and the personell! Trained to serve, you get way more than what you're paying for.

Nice boutique hotel in a small village 1 hour away from Manado with Diving Facilities.

海に面したダイブ目的のリゾートホテルです。ホテルは村の中にあります。なのでホテルから出て食事、ショッピングを楽しむ場所ではありません。ビーチで賑やかに過ごすような雰囲気でもない。逆に静かなので海風と海の音を聴きながらリラックスした気分を得るには良いと思います。但し、時々近くのモスクからの音が聞こえてきます。綺麗なプールあります。スパもありました。重要なダイブですが、ダイブショップが併設されておりホテルから桟橋を約100m歩いた先の船着場からボートで出発。45分位でポイント到着します、Bunaken National Park。空港からホテルまで車で約30分と便利です。
施設は少し古い感じですが整備されており清潔、快適。スタッフの方々も親切。日本人のダイブガイドさん、片言で日本語話す方も居られました。　食事も美味しいです。当たり前かもしれませんがお魚が美味しかった。　wi-fi 環境もバッチリでした。

The pictures in the website was underrated, the hotel room is much better than I expect it to be. Accommodation rate is reasonable, however the diving is very expensive compared to other dive centre. Great service, nothing to complain about. Breakfast and juices was good, but the rest of the ala carte food on the menu was pretty bad.

Unfortuneatly there was a party going on the night we arrived. As we had to catch a flight early next day we managed to move rooms away from the action. Otherwise this was an overpriced resort in a less than desirable area.

Fantastic dive getaway!! Dive guides are very experienced and know all of the dive sites very well. Saw MANY exciting creatures and a very comfortable stay at the hotel. Service is ver good and friendly staff. Thanks for a great trip Cocotinos!

Good service overall. The room was well equipped and OK. It would have been better with slippers for the use inside room. Toilets were very clean and nice.

Hotel staff, diving team, restaurant staff and the drivers were excellent. The location is beautiful. Would strongly recommend the highland tour. Even a walk through the villages along the coast was relaxing and afforded us contact with local residents and views of the local scenery.

We stayed during the low (rainy) season and the diving was excellent. I'm sure it's even better during the high season.

I stayed for 3 nights at Cocotinos around Xmas 2010. The room was clean and spacious (was at Water's Edge) with king-sized bed. The mattress was ok although dont expect simmons-equivalent quality. but i guess it would be acceptable for most divers. The service from all staff was great, they will call during meal time to invite you to the restaurant. the staff at the restaurant was also very attentive, always on their toes to attend to guests. The dive center provide good service too, they picked up the gears from my room, prepared them for the dive trip and the gears were already on the boat in the morning. And by end of trip, they will wash the gears and bring to the room for me to pack. overall it was a nice short trip, i'd be happy to come back. btw the room doesn't have TV, as the usual case in other boutique dive resorts i stayed before. would be nice to have a TV set (+DVD player) in the room though :)

Cocotinons boutique beach resort is a nice place to dive, enjoy nice food and great hospitalitiy but there is no beach at this resort. Thanks to the fun loving staff, I had a relaxed trip with great dives. Though I hope the resort can offer other recreation activities for non divers!
