Pros:

Basha one of the staff was charming and helpful. But when I arrived I was told I had booked for 2 nights through booking.com. I hadn't. The rooms are very old. The bathroom was quite dirty. The air conditioning wasn't working but the ceiling fan was. The tray that I ordered my tea from room service was very dirty so I didn't drink the tea. The view from the window was nice. The staff tried hard.

A mail was sent by booking. com that there is price drop of ₹590/- for my upcoming trip.The mail was dated 26/7/2026. Upcoming trip means 14/8/26.But the breeze residency did not honour it. They interpreted upcoming means the trip after 14/8/2026.Please look in to it.

AC needs to be sorted out
Pros:

Well-maintained clean and reasonably big rooms , spic and span bathroom, very central location ,staff were quite courteous and polite.

Cons:

The AC was horrible. Infact if the AC was good and working well, I'd have given 9/10 . Someone from the maintenance did come and check and tried to do something but then nothing changed . And just like that 9/10 becomes 5/10 . No point charging so much per day when the AC isn't functioning well at all , that too in the peak of summer .

Also breakfast was good , but kinda limited options. Live dosa counter available . Spread wasn't so great, but even then I'd give the breakfast an 8/10 . What makes it 5 is the non functional AC .
