Pros:

The entertainment show for kids was good

Cons:

The food buffet selection could have been better. Room sizes are smaller than expected.
Pools are all outdoor and could have been heated.

It's enough for a few days, but it could be better.
Pros:

The location is really convenient, 5 minutes to the beach. There are three types of pools, two of them for children. There is a playground. The children were satisfied.

Cons:

To be honest, the food wasn't very varied for 4 stars. For breakfast, I would add pancakes and waffles for children, more an option with eggs, for example, an omelet. Overall, there was little choice. There were also not enough meat dishes for dinner, and desserts were quickly running out.

A fantastic family break, would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
Pros:

Lovely modern hotel, clean and great location. Rooms were great also! The food was a very high standard but much the same every day. The pool areas were lovely and clean with a fantastic snack bar and the use of the pool towels was so helpful.

Cons:

The only complaint we had was the temperature and lack of air in the restaurant. We asked if doors could be opened and the manager very rudely said no. We were absolutely sweating amd made eating in there mot a very good experience.

Bra läge men kan inte rekommendera detta hotell pga lyhört i rummen och ogästvänlig restaurang.

Jag gillade läget och poolområdet.

Cons:

Det var väldigt lyhört i rummet och korridoren. Bara någon gick förbi eller stängde en dörr lät det väldigt högt.
Restaurangen var hemsk. Det var högljutt och rörigt. Middagen var under all kritik. Konstigt utbud av mat som inte alls var spansk. Det fanns inget som passade ihop på buffén. Kändes som att hotellet bara var anpassat för engelska gäster då det serverades engelsk mat både till frukost och middag.

Det var även dåligt städat i de allmänna utrymmena.

Ok ich stay!
Pros:

The programs for kids were engaging at night. Swimming pool was good (not heated though).

Cons:

The food buffet has some variety, but not very healthy stuff. Size of the family room isn't that big. It was quiet crowded for 2 adults and 2 kids. We had rented a car for driving around and finding parking in the locality in the evening wasn't that easy.

L’endroit était agréable.

Pros:

We liked...
- Staff, specially at the reception
- entertainment was good for people with Children
- a lot of food options for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner (although it was a bit difficult for vegetarians)
- Location was good except the height (if you are waling to the hotel)

Cons:

Could have been better...
- Food options were limited for vegetarians
- many times food details were not written, if food includes any meat or what type of meat, could have been better to have a separate section for vegetarians/vegans
- there were same glasses for drinking water, soft drinks, wine and beer... wine glasses could have been a better option
