Pros:

The hotel was located really near nissi beach and their pool was perfect if you wanted to get away from de crowds but still have fun.

Cons:

Unfortunetly, other than their pool and location, christofinia hotel was a really bad experience, one I would not recommend at all. The main problem beeing the poor cleaning and the staff.
The room was full of ants, eventough we did not bring not eat sugary foods in the room. When we complained for the first time, the recepcionist asked someone to clean again and for us to wait 1 hour before entering the room. To our surprise, after 1 hour the room looked exactly the same (ants and all). We decided to just clean for ourselves. However, ants kept coming (to our bed, to our clothes, in the shower and so on). Until in our third day, we found our baby formula full of this ants (something that never occurred before). When we raised the issue with the manager, she simply replied that we should have known that ants are a commun problem in cyprus and that nothing she could do. We than had not only to deal with the smelly, uncofortable and dirty room but also to look for our baby (10mo) formula, which costs us not only money but ruined our first vacation with the baby.

Pros:

Muy limpio, bien ubicado, el desayuno era contundente y con amplia variedad. El personal muy amable. A unos 7 minutos caminando de la playa.

THEFT IN ROOM 351 & TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT ATTITUDE. POLICE REPORT FILED.
Pros:

Nothing. The experience was ruined by a theft from the room and complete indifference from the hotel management.

Cons:

A valuable personal item (wedding ring) was stolen directly from our room (Room 351). The hotel management showed absolute zero empathy, refused to take any action, and did not even apologize for what happened. We had to file an official report with the Cyprus Police (Burglary and Theft report filed on 03/08/2026). Terrible security, unhelpful staff, and safety concerns. I strongly advise against staying here.

Sicher nicht 4 Sterne Hotel

Cons:

Dieses Hotel wurde 1987 erbaut und hatte damals vielleicht einmal vier Sterne. Heute kann ich das leider nicht mehr nachvollziehen. Meiner Meinung nach entspricht es höchstens drei Sternen.

Die Zimmer sind sehr schlecht isoliert und die Türen knallen extrem laut zu. An Mittagsschlaf oder Erholung ist nicht zu denken, weil es auf den Gängen durch die ständig zuschlagenden Türen viel zu laut ist.

Es gibt keinen Zimmerservice. Am Pool gibt es zwar eine Poolbar, jedoch ebenfalls keinen Service. Außerdem ist es nicht erlaubt, am Pool etwas zu essen.

Insgesamt war dieses Hotel für mich eine Enttäuschung. Ich habe allerdings gesehen, dass viele Familien mit Kindern ihren Aufenthalt genossen haben. Für diese Zielgruppe scheint das Hotel gut geeignet zu sein.

Für mich persönlich hat das Gesamtpaket leider überhaupt nicht gepasst. Ich würde dieses Hotel daher nicht noch einmal buchen.

Good but needs improvment!
Pros:

The location of the hotel is good. There is available parking. The pool bar staff was excellent. We used the spa services and had a great experience.

Cons:

Beds are very uncomfortable and they move easily every time you are trying to turn in the bed(2 singles together). Breakfast is very basic, it has to be upgraded. A note for the spa, even if we had a good experience with our treatments, when we entered to the treatment room the towels on the beds were wet like they didn't change them from the previous clients.
