Hotel is fine but the food lacks quality
Pros:

The hotel is okay, close to the beach
The decor of the hotel is modern and clean
During my stay, the hotel was very empty and I got a room facing the road
Not sure why they wouldn't give guests nicer rooms
The staff is okay but some look bored or not interested in their job
The biggest issue is the food
Waited 40 minutes for lunch
The hotel needs to employ younger and faster chefs

Clean, friendly and relaxing
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay as a couple at Christofinia Hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. The pool area was also lovely and perfect for relaxing together. We had a wonderful time.

The Perfect Cyprus Getaway
Pros:

Absolutely amazing stay at Christofinia Hotel in Ayia Napa. Beautiful hotel, spotless rooms, fantastic pool, and a perfect location near Nissi Beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and made everything feel special from start to finish. A perfect mix of comfort, relaxation, and great service. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was average. Location is perfect

Cons:

There was a strong unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom, and instead of a proper double bed, we were given two twin beds pushed together.

Pros:

Lokacija hotela je idealna, blizu je poznatih i prelepih plaza, mirno je, nema buke, idealno za odmor. Higijena na zavidnom nivopu, osoblje je jako ljubazno, usluga vrhunska, hrana dobra. Sigurno bih se ponovo vratila ovaj hotel.

Terrible food!
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel in late September and although the hotel was okay we found that the food was poor, so much so that for the first time in 25 years of going all inclusive we actually downgraded to bed and breakfast only!
This is a small hotel and as such doesn’t have any speciality restaurants so you would think that the buffet would be top notch but no, no omelette station at breakfast in fact if it’s not on display when you get in then it’s not available.
Only four or five choices of main meals and that’s it.
To make matters worse, after we had downgraded the kitchen manager took it upon himself to check in the hotel bat whilst we were sat in there to see if we were paying for our drinks!
I hope that this helps someone when making their holiday choices! I for one will never go back to this hotel!

Pros:

Unica cosa carina era la piscina anche se fredda in questa stagione.

Cons:

Camere datate con la moquette, porte che non si chiudevano bene e poi suonava allarme. Pasti deludenti. Dalle recensioni che avevo letto mi aspettavo di meglio.

В целом хорошее расположение для семей с детьми. До центра далековато, но Ниси бич очень близко. Отель обновлен частично

Большой бассейн и детские зоны в нем. Навес над детской зоной- летом актуален. После замены номера на категорию делюкс- кровать и матрас. Вид из номера был потрясающий. Отель хорошо убирают , везде было чисто.

Cons:

Питание среднее, разнообразия большого не было, но мы были в самом конце сезона. Изначально нам дали стандартный номер, хотя я бронировала делюкс, но после разговора на ресепшен- номер заменили и даже заселили в обновленный номер с видом на море - ощущение такое, будто это два разных отеля. Странная система - чтобы погладить надо идти на первый этаж и гладить в отдельной комнате- в номер утюг не дают. Наверное в сезон туда стоит очередь((
