Affordable and well located hotel for a family of 4 with teenagers
Pros:

Close to transportation and especially the JR station of Hamamatsucho which links to Haneda Airport as well as the well used Yamamoto Line for all the key spots in downtown Tokyo. Also very close to Family Mart and 7-11 for convenience foods and drinks

Cons:

Rooms and bathrooms are a little dated but still clean and the price was good so can’t complain really.
