Nice place but was inconvinient for me.
Pros:

The rooms are nice and clean, and the GYM was amazing. I am not a typical GYM person, but I did not miss it as it had all the facilities and trainers. Their breakfast was nice as well

Cons:

I visited the place for a weekend getaway and rest, but they had an ongoing renovation, which they did not tell me about. So every day from 08:00 HRS, there was a lot of noises i could not rest or sleep i ended up taking pain killers as how much the noises were loud. They managed to move me to the upper floor where the noise was minimal, but that was in the afternoon, so I ended up wasting half the day because I could not read or rest. They later distributed letters informing of the renovation but that was my second day there. and i did comment that i hope it's quiet, as I really need to sleep when i was checking in.

Had a wonderful evening at the hotel. The service was excellent, and I was particularly impressed by Mr. Bakari, who provided exceptional service and made the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you for the warm hospitality and great service!

Great choice when visiting Tanzania.
Pros:

I love staying here. The staff, the facilities and the location are all that I need. I even rebooked after coming back from Zanzibar.

Could do with some painting / renovations in the rooms

Nice and spacious room in a safe and quiet neighbourhood
Pros:

Breakfast was fine and location was convenient. Close to restaurants and cafes.

Cons:

Breakfast seating area was small and tables had to be shared when busy
