The staff are great..very friendly.

I was compelled to use this hotel for ease and convenience in terms of the proximity and to the gym and fitness facility included in the booking. admittedly the fitness center is state of the art and extremely well maintained. My hotel stays here though have been less than satisfactory. This was my third and last visit. Previously I had accepted the mishaps and been very understanding, however my last visit was beyond unacceptable. Taking into consideration my stays have been anything between 14 - 30 days. From having my fillet steak cooked in shrink wrap that it was stored in to getting violently sick from fumigation, even though I had moved rooms 3 times. It was an excruciatingly painful experience and despite the fact that I absolutely love the gym and specifically, Joyce Makasi, the personal trainer, I will not be utilizing this hotel again. This was a business trip and I had several commitments to attend to. I was checked into a suite, as usual. Based on previous experience being directly above the noisy bar, I asked to be on the opposite site of the hotel. I was given the 3rd floor suite, which was ok. It had a musty smell, possibly had not been used for a while, but it beat the excessive noise from the bar. I unpacked and settled in, only to be told the very next day that I would need to move to another room due to fumigation. Packed, moved and ended up in a suite already fumigated and exactly the one I said I did not want due to the noise. After spending all day out, I returned to settle in and after a very low pressure, slightly warm-ish shower, and room telephone not working, I went to bed without wasting my time to go downstairs to order my food. After an hour or so I felt ill. It got progressively worse and eventually I went to reception to let them know the smell in the room was quite unbearable and that I had been violently ill. I was asked to go pack up my room again and wait for a porter to take me to another room. This took about an hour or so and by this time it was after 11:30pm. I moved to another room and had to cancel my meetings for the following day. It was a very unpleasant experience. I often tried to tip service staff but was told not to add it to the bill as they do not receive it. Since I do not carry cash, I offered to add a soft drink or two for the waiter. Later on, I realized he had started adding full meals to my bill. Very unprofessional. The restaurant menu is very limited and food is average. I often eat out and bring take aways from other restaurants. I am disappointed in particular with my last experience and hope that management make better decisions going forward. If fumigation is underway take necessary precautions and perhaps do not take the booking instead of putting guests in danger. I also noticed that other guests were leaving the hotel due to the fumigation. I just did not realize I would be put into a room that was fumigated and not properly aired out. Every room I moved into smelled musty and almost like they all had blocked drains. It has the potential to be a really lovely place, just attention to detail is lacking. Housekeeping staff , reception and doormen are amazing and very friendly!

Nice enveronment, nice location, nice place to vist holidays, honeymooner, and birthday, am feel so nice to he here with my friend for all days i spend here, food, room, services are very wonderfull, wish u all the best 🥰🥰. 209 , we will meet again

The hotel is very nice and very clean, as well the staff were very happy and helpfull to every one, l was very happy with the food are so taste and well presented

The chefs are so clean and faster to make the order l stayed in room no 211 but was really amizing, l recomend this hotel for good staying

Absolutely awesome. Best hotel I've stayed in for a long time. So attentive, professional and friendly. The facilities are top notch, the food and entertainment outstanding and the bedrooms super clean, well kept and comfortable.

Literally can't fault the place other than perhaps the location is a tad far from the airport. But that's not really a bad thing as the location is quiet, has beautiful grounds and an excellent sauna/steam room.

The gym also looked great but I didn't use it. And as a bonus, upon early check out they even provided a breakfast-to-go. Outstanding

Staff were very helpful. The hotel charge for a car to the airport was very expensive compared to Uber

Their fitness center did have very limited number of sweat towels .... whereby we had to wait for 30mins to get cleaned ones! And the receptionists at the gym was not that helpful.
The rooms are so outdated and you could smell "mold" inside the rooms.
The elevator is not working and under major maintance which to me they should have just closed the whole hotel and take the moment to update the rooms as well.
Great location but missed opportunity!

Restaurant great gym great bfast great location great. Rooms smell like mold and are clearly run down. I switched to find one that didn't smell so moldy.
