Nice but poor communication

Cons:

An otherwise nice stay was hurt by a very stern and unpleasant email a couple days before demanding payment with 24 hours or the res would be cancelled. And payment via 3rd party app. Some excuse about rules or regulations. Just the thing we are warned against these days. The tone of the email was unwarranted given that my credit card was given via Booking.

Vi fick ett riktigt varmt bemötande i Valencia, lite i varmaste laget (35-40 grader ) i slutet av juni -2026

Hotellet var centralt belägen, nära till allt . Mycket vänligt bemötande, fick många bra tips om restauranger och sevärdheter. Utmärkt frukost med bra kaffemaskiner och även där trevlig personal. Städningen var helt utan anmärkning

Very enjoyable stay, for three nights it was perfect.
Pros:

We didn't have breakfast.
The staff at reception were very pleasant and advised us where to eat. Over-all we couldnt fault it.

Goede locatie in centrum met ruime , schone , maar claustrophobic kamer.

De kamer 409 had 2 ramen: 1 naar de stortkoker otw een blindraam en 1 naar een buitenruimte van 2x2meter met airco’s en vieze lucht otw raam moest ook dicht blijven!!! Te duur betaald

I have stayed here every time I’m in Valencia. Its location is perfect and is a short walk from the shopping area colon. The rooms are clean, the staff are incredible and will help you with anything.

Emplacement central pour visiter. A proximité gare et métro et aux portes de la vieille ville. Chambre confortable avec balcon. Propre. Mini frigo machine à café eau à disposition et coffre. Idéal. Le plus casier à bagages disponible le jour du départ. Personnel disponible et sympathique.
