Pros:

Great location, nice clean rooms.

Cons:

Breakfast was very low quality, as was the dining room itself. A lady dropped a piece of mystery meat on the floor and put it back on the tray. Luckily we saw it and removed it.

Posizione eccellente nel centro storico a pochi passi dalla favolosa spiaggia di Levante e Ponente..Pulizia e cordialità,lo consiglio assolutamente!

Il cibo era vario ma dopo una settimana mi mancava tantissimo il mio cibo italiano,poi non era specificato nella prenotazione che anche l'acqua si paga 2,50€

Het enige minpunt was het ontbijt. Geen variatie. Is een goed ontbijt voor een dag of drie, maar dan ben je het beu om altijd maar dezelfde keuze te hebben.

Top locatie in oude centrum
Pros:

De locatie van dit hotel is geweldig en midden in het oude centrum.
Het personeel is super, behulpzaam en erg vriendelijk.
Er is een leuke bar met terras.
Met 2 minuten lopen sta je aan het strand.
2 gratis flesjes water in de koelkast en gratis kluisje.

Cons:

De ontbijtzaal is letterlijk een kelder en dat maakt het iets minder, maar rekening houdend met de locatie in het oude centrum mag je dit ook wel verwachten.
De kamers zijn simpel en geen koffie of thee mogelijkheden.
De badkamer is wel schoon maar aan renovatie toe.
Beschadigde deuren en deurstijlen, randjes en plafond.

Great location, needs some updates
Pros:

Location was great, on the cusp of all the action within walking distance of the strip, whilst also a part of the beauty of Old Town. Restaurants outside hotel are worth a visit - particularly 'La Casona'.

Cons:

We had a superior room, nothing was 'superior' about it. The bathroom was an old shower in a bath, not the modernised pics of a double shower - disappointing. The noise from outside was no bother, but there feels like no sound proofing in the hotel itself, one early morning tables could be heard being dragged about above us. Conversations in the small hallways are loud as people return home from a night out. Id recommend getting the double and not bothering with the superior, we had two beds cable tied together... it wasn't worth the extra money spent, as I would not say it was a relatively large room either.

Good experience
Pros:

Just returned from our stay at this Hotel. We booked a superior room which meant we had a balcony. The room was fairly spacious & very clean. Fresh towels /beds made every day. Staff were all very friendly and Kira on Reception was very helpful. We had half board & found the breakfasts & evening meals good with variety each day. We did find it a bit noisy at night as our room overlooked a busy street but as the Hotel is in the centre of the Old Town this should be expected. A trip to the roof top bar is a must with fab views! Would recommend this hotel.

Would recommend!
Pros:

Great hotel. The staff were very helpful on reception and went out of their way to help me store my medication, very clean hotel. Had a lovely Seaview room with sunbeds on our balcony, sun all day and towels changed daily.
