Disappointed. I expected better for the price.

Cons:

Room was tiny. Difficult getting out of the shower as the screen didn't move. Tea bags and biscuits not replenished. Room smelled bad when we checked in, all windows open to try and remove smell. Bar and reception unwelcoming. Breakfast not included.

Nice stay
Pros:

Stayed in one of the suites and it was exactly as described, lots of space and good bed.

Cons:

Bathroom quite dated, shower quite small given size of room. Kitchen area could have done with a microwave or something to make food up

Pros:

Very posh lovely decor.
River and nearby walk

Cons:

Staff did not reply to my advance message request for a ground floor room.
When I got there late I was told there were no ground floor rooms and discovered I was on the second floor…no lift and two large sets of stairs to negotiate with luggage.

It was comfortable and the location is great

Cons:

The shower was like a trickle of water coming out , very low water pressure. There is a bath , but I wasn't staying that long to fill it.
