Maybe could do with a bit of modernisation with the rooms and corridors and the signposting but only a minor issue
It was very quite, bathroom was clean toiletries supplied if you needed them
Had a problem with the door card, had to go to reception 3 times to get a new one.

Very dated. Terrible room. Single traveller definitely gets the worst room. Car park was a nightmare with a wedding going on - people were just parked where ever they liked.
Comfy bed, nice staff, nice lounge, quiet surroundings.
The room was a bit too warm (windows don't open enough) and could have been cleaner, the carpet had bits of crisps on. But the worst issue was that shower control was really stiff and you could only set it between very hot and very very hot - which on a hot day when you want a refreshing cool shower is no good at all. I had to do a 'stand up wash' instead.
Location and facilities were perfect for what i needed.
There is plenty of parking and a lovely clean and spacious room.
Staff were lovely, friendly, and welcoming.
The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The carpet was new . the coffee's etc were replaced each day and the room was well serviced. The food was good and the staff were very helpful. There was little noise in my room especially as there was a world cup party down stairs also.
The hotel was not signposted very well on the main rd and a lift would have been lovely although in an older building this is probably not an option

The kettle to top up wasn't easy to fill without spilling from the tap.
The shower was really noisy.
