Excellent value for money
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean accommodation. Had an outside balcony, a separate shower from the bath.

Do not stay alone in the annex if you're a woman travelling alone. Very dodgy.

The wedding I attended was nice. The area is nice.

Cons:

Someone entered my room during my stay and left my door open (not cleaning services) during the evening when I was attending a wedding on site. When I complained to staff I was told they knew what had happened and they moved my room from the annex to the main hotel. I had to move my own things at 11pm at night from the bottom of the hill to the main hotel. Was promised a refund by staff for this experience, they have dodged communication. Also no locks on internal doors in annex.

Charming Norwich hotel - excellent value for money
Pros:

Great location on outskirts of Norwich. Ample parking. Good size room and large Bathroom with shower and bath.
Charming hotel ! Great last restaurant/ba area.

Dinner menu is very reasonably priced and excellent value for money. Full English breakfast was also very good !

Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

A small gripe. The hotel WiFi doesn't work with the older generation smart TV in the room.

Didn't live up to expectations.
Pros:

Jacuzzi bath didn't work, not enough sundries for coffee. Glitter all over the settee, the bed frame was loose. People where smoking weed in the room next to us. So could smell it. The front door was noisy and slammed every time someone went through. After squeaking shut

Excellent good parking can’t fault it.
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable, staff great, very polite and efficient. Excellent bar and restaurant.

Cons:

Didn’t have a sea view !!!!!!
This is a joke by the way. Can’t find fault.

Pros:

Plenty of parking.

Cons:

My room was above the staff entrance. The door was constantly being slammed waking me up. An adjustment to the door would have prevented this. I am surprised not been mentioned before.
