Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Great breakfasts.
Pros:

Very homely and comfortable

Cons:

Only niggle was that the bath was quite high and the shower was weak due to water pressure probably but only an issue because my mum is 96 and found it difficult to get in to

Extremely disappointed, and outdated place
Pros:

Breakfast was nice ,hot and very tasty can't fault it

Cons:

Building and rooms were extremely dated , unmaintained and disappointment. Expecting a luxury building and rooms but seriously in need of maintenance, good clean money spent on it.
Dreadful prices of drinks at bar and extremely ruined drinks by watered down and beer being flat

Wouldn’t recommend the hotel .
Pros:

Dining area pleasant and hours good.

Cons:

Serious problems with the bathroom were dealt with ineffectively and without urgency . Staff seemed ill trained and more interested in parties and weddings than staying guests.

Pleasant, convenient and clean.
Pros:

swift check in with Aaron was good. Location is convenient.

Cons:

Suite: very basic kitchen area, no plates or cutlery. Balcony area is dirty and needs a good clean and creosoting the deck area and surrounding wood. Pond area is dirty scummy: The bronze herons need a good clean. Food was acceptable but overpriced.
The actual suite its self is OK, but, at night the high power security light bleeds thru into the bedroom, so making sleeping difficult. I suggest a black out blind is needed.
