Friendly and welcoming staff. The room was great , comfy bed. Also had dinner in the restaurant, food was excellent and reasonably priced. Will definitely stay there again.

I was in a large bedroom, due to all single rooms being booked prior to my booking. Cost was quite high, but I should have booked my room much sooner...! Staff are all excelent and very pleasant.

It’s convenient and the staff are super helpful.
The Suite had a microwave oven, great, but no plates, dishes or cutlery of any description, so the microwave was useless. There’s was long black hairs in the bath and the pedal bin in the bathroom hadn’t been emptied from the last occupants. The fish in batter on Sunday was barely cooked, the batter was white and not crispy. On Monday evening I ordered the lasagna and asked that the garlic bread not be to overcooked but it was rock hard, I couldn’t cut the lasagna, it was virtually a solid block and a knife and fork wouldn’t go through it, the lasagna was bone dry, no ragout just dried minced beef and no béchamel sauce at all, totally inedible, the waitress was so embarrassed at the state of the food, oh it was 5:30 pm so not even late..
Nice location for the city without too much hustle and close to the river for a nice walk (in my case, a run). Hotel was clean and not too busy during my stay. Food is okay and breakfast was good.
It was hot and no aircon did make the room feel a bit warm. But that's purely an aside... at other cooler time, it will be fine.

Bar was closed at 10pm. Bed was so creaky.
