Conveniently located right near the ferry. Room was huge. Shower had great heat and pressure. Bed was comfortable. It was decorated a little old skool but it was so nice and spacious.

Located very conveniently for the ferry. Staff are extreme friendly and very helpful. They have a very large carpark and are next to the supermarket as well. The room was clean and comfortable, would deffinatly stay there again.
The lights in the room were a little dim in some places but overall it was a very comfortable room.
Excellent service, nice big rooms, restaurant and bar with a lovely library.
3 very hungry people came in for lunch and was seated by the always very pleasent server Joanne. We took a while picking what we wanted to eat, and there certainly were some very good deals on for us pensioners. We all enjoyed very much what we had. Desserts were as usual, a delight for the eye, as well as the stomach. Eva was our very attentive server during the meal.

All staff are courteous and polite, always helpful and friendly. Food is always good and plenty to choose from. Rooms are always clean and tidy and the shower is always hot!

Food is good and there are plenty of local places to eat if you arrive last.
Would have liked a bath also but the showers are great.
Clean large room, staff were welcoming. 10 minute walk from train station. Asda across road and food places nearby.
