Superbe séjour je recommande cet établissement
Pros:

Très jolie établissement avec un parking privé , les chambres sont propre et c’était très calme. De plus le restaurant était délicieux nous avons très bien mangé. Le personnel très sympathique également.

Excellent surprise
Pros:

Very nice and welcoming family-run hotel with a lovely inner yard where were enjoyed a delicious dinner. I also loved the book-themed bedrooms: we were lucky to stay in the Rilke one! Thank you to the owners and staff for such a lovely stay!

Unkompliziertes Check-In, Velos konnten hinter dem Haus deponiert werden, sehr nettes Personal

Cons:

Zu wenig Tüchlein im Zimmer (nur für 1 Person), musste dann 2x holen gehen, weil man mir beim ersten Mal fälschlicherweise 2 Bodentücher in die Hand gedrückt hat

Ein schöner Abend, eine gute Nacht in einem originellen (schön neu gestaltet) Hotel!
Pros:

Prima Frühstück, klein und fein! Muss auch garnicht so viel von allem sein!! Ausser ein wenig mehr Auswahl an Marmeladen/Honig, dunkles Brot.
Die Lage an der Hauptstraße war ok, weil es in der Nacht (ausser fröhlichen Gästen/Samstagabend) ab 23 Uhr ruhig war!

Cons:

Fällt mir nichts ein, (ausser kleine Wünsche fürs Frühstück 😊), war gut!

Prima hotel met lekker restaurant in een rustige omgeving op korte ( fiets-) afstand van Straatsburg . Aanrader !

Prima hotel met goed restaurant, lekkere bedden en fietsenstalling

Cons:

Het was een beetje spannend of ze open waren want er werd niet gereageerd op vragen per mail over het stallen van de fietsen. Maar bij aankomst was alles heel erg goed verzorgd .

Cozy Holiday weekend visit with a twist.
Pros:

Nice location to visit the local Christmas markets in the surrounding area. The hotel was nicely decorated with a cozy charm, a quality breakfast. They accept pets and have parking when travel with a vehicle. Definitely a place for a romantic weekend gateway or small travel with the family.

Cons:

I had previously paid online, the room stay, since the booking was non-refundable. It was simply just a one night stay. Everything about the hotel was good, until we checked out the following morning. All we needed to do was pay for our dog and breakfast. My wife went in the pay while I was with our dog and child setting up the car. She is a native French speaker, so I thought it was simple. However, this proved to be the opposite. The Hotel charged my wife for the whole stay, the room bill, when it was already paid. The hotel staff quickly realized that the room was paid through booking.com and they had incorrectly charged my wife's credit card the full amount. We asked to have the credit card reimbursed and be charged the correct amount, but they had several issues with their credit card machine that Sunday morning. We have reached out several times by calling the hotel and sending emails, to have my wife' s card reimbursed and pay the correct amount since I had already paid. It is a double charge, for the room, why is it difficult to just undo the second room charge. 4 days have passed and not once have they reached out to resolve the issue. We have received no response. We just needed to pay for the pet stay and breakfast, but they continuously ignored my wife's calls and emails. We have repeatedly tried to get this settled, but every time the owner is not present who can help fix this matter. It is a nice hotel, I'm just disappointed in the experience this small issue has caused and hoping for it to be reticified.
