Excellent séjour dans un site unique totalement calme et dépaysant donnant directement sur l’estuaire de la Gironde et au cœur de la Citadelle. Le personnel est attentif et sympathique.

Quel gâchis - c'est dommage

Un site de rêve, dans une citadelle charmante. Bonne restauration bien qu'un peu chère
Mais des chambres glaciales dans la décoration cassent la belle ambiance (malgré une belle salle de bains)
La piscine au milieu du restaurant (et avec des transats au ras de notre fenêtre : ce n'est plus vue sur la piscine, c'est vue sur les estivants et ron ron de leur conversation)

Have been staying for 25 years of more but could no longer recommend to the many friends who have also stayed
Whilst the young man on reception on arrival was very helpful, the check out man was aggressive and uncaring especially over room condition and we were disappointed that breakfast was cleared before 10 am without warning thus not allowing us to complete ( at 15 euros each)

The upper floor bedroom left much to be desired in that it smelt very badly of a serious drain problem with no extractor fan in bathroom .

Beds had both seen better days and were warn out and the whole décor and was very tired and weary.

Food was OK and well presented and served.

Mais hotel pas digne d'un trois etoiles ..chambre propre mais tres petite et mal équipée
Restauration plus que médiocre au dîner ainsi que le petit dejeuner
