sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, würde ich sofort wieder buchen
Pros:

Lage recht zentral, Stadtzentrum und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar, tolles Frühstück (Achtung: Korrekt bei Bedienung anmelden!), Zimmer gut eingerichtet und Bett sehr bequem

Pros:

The room is spacious, comfortable and well decorated. The staff is helpfull and welcoming. The location is good, very close to the cathedral, and easy to walk to most turistic places (in max 20min)

Широки и просторни стаи с приятна гледка.

Cons:

Хотелът категорично не отговаря на своите 4 звезди, нито е адекватно съотношението цена-качество. Ресторантът работи само в часовете за закуска, лоби бар на практика - няма. Сифонът за оттичане в банята беше запушен, душът развален, кабината мръсна. Душът към ваната беше изряден и поне някаква алтернатива, въпреки ниският таван и невъзможността да стоиш изправен. На терасата никой не е излизал да почисти с месеци - имаше пластмасово шише пълно с фасове догоре...
Минибарът е изключително оскъден, няма кафе, нито вода. В стаята беше студено, климътикът изписва съобщение за необходимост от смяна на филтри и профилактика. Асансьорът беше мръсен, стъклата трябва да се почистят. Разочароващ престой!

Hotel je u mirnom dijelu grada. Osoblje na recepciji veoma ljubazno.
Soba i kupatilo prostrani. Krevet udoban.
Dovoljno prostora i vješalica u ormaru, kao i toaletnog pribora u kupatilu.

Cons:

Zvučna izolacija sobe slaba. Soba i kupatilo mogli bi biti čistiji. Peškiri se ne mijenjaju svakog dana. Mini bar nije dopunjavan. Hrana koja se sprema za doručak nije uvijek bila topla.

Pathetic experience
Pros:

Exceptionally inefficient staff- no knowledge on how online bookings work- haggled us everyday for details that were part of the invoice even when we were leaving for the airport ! We r still not sure why they kept such untrained staff at such a fine hotel. Only hotel in last few years in Europe where we faced the harassment.
