Pros:

Ottima posizione. Camere ampie e pulite. Colazione internazionale, ma se qualcosa finiva non veniva reintegrata. Alla reception staff disponibile e accogliente!

Cons:

Il servizio al bar era praticamente assente!

Huge disappointment
Pros:

Breakfast and location were average. The sweet pastries at breakfast were good but if you don't have a sweet tooth, there's not a huge variety on offer.

Cons:

We had an amazing stay at Eurostars Ljubljana and was looking forward to our stay at Eurostars Sofia. However this turned out to be like a 2-3 star hotel.The bathroom wasn't clean. The day we checked in, I went for a shower and there was no shower gel. The next day we ran out of toilet paper, bearing in mind there was just 1 roll allocated for the room. After 10 minutes of waiting, the staff brought us 1 roll and said we had to make do with that until the next day. We were a family of 4 staying in a family suite. The rooms were too hot and there was no way of lowering the temperature. Dismal facilities for the price.

Το ξενοδοχειο τιμά τα 4 αστέρια του, μοντέρνο καθαρό και περιποιημένο.. Πολύ ευχάριστο και πρόθυμο προσωπικό, όλοι τους. Βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία στο κέντρο της Σοφίας. Θα το προτιμήσω πάλι σίγουρα!

Pros:

I forgot my phone on the taxi when I arrived hotel, employee Monika helped me a lot, she made a lot of calls to help me get mobile phone back.

Cons:

And during stay in hotel, hotel employee shares a lot of useful guide for my next trip, really appreciated for help, and this is second time in the same hotel, for sure always will be my first choice in Sofia.

We had to change room as the bathroom had hair on the shower drain.
Pros:

Average Eurostarts Hotel. Exactly what one would expect. Solid modern rooms and bathrooms, efficient staff.

Cons:

We had to change room as the bathroom had a lot of hair on the shower drain. If the shower had been cleaned, this hair would definitely not be there, which made us question the cleanliness of the whole place.
