Decently priced hotel just next door to the bus station, ideal for visiting the Port Theatre.
Pros:

This hotel is just a few steps from the bus station and also ideal for visiting the Port Theatre (Sadamateater), which is why we chose it. Not our favourite hotel in Tartu - the rooms, though spacious, are not very atmospheric, for example, but then again, it is also not very expensive. We were quite positively surprised by the restaurant, which was much better than we thought, and also had very nice service.

Cons:

We knew approximately what to expect, so no big disappointments.
