Friendly service and clean rooms. Excellent location, old town only short walk away.
Some noise coming from street at evening but night was quiet. Our room was on the 2nd floor.

Dorpat hotel gave a recent renovation vibe, very clean and neat. Finally a hotel that has good beds (not too soft)! Breakfast was delicious and staff super friendly and helpful.
I wish parking was included if you already pay for the room. At the moment, parking is costing extra. The surrounding of the hotel might be a bit questionnable (bus station with drunkards etc), however, after 10 meters the city center is there and you forget what you saw.
