Pros:

I like the location around The Glen shopping centre. Some lovely Asian eating places available. Big new tv in the room. Free parking.

Cons:

We were in room 101 and it needs updating, new carpet, new fridge (it looks rusty along the bottom of the door).

The room had a smell of stale smoke. Bathroom tiny. Door kept hitting toilet. Smelt of cat urine in courtyard area

Dated but comfortable
Pros:

Good value for the price paid, spacious room and bathroom, I would stay again.
Shower was over a bath which is good for kids, not so much for people with access issues or elderly.
Walking distance to multiple food outlets and chemist warehouse

Cons:

The room I stayed in was very dated/ not matching the photo advertised which must be one that has been renovated. The Tea coffee selection in the room was not great , and no fresh milk provided just little long life pods which tasted weird. . . Highly recommend a short walk to Mocha Jo’s around the corner for good coffee and breakfast

It was ok - location and free parking
Pros:

Location, plenty of free parking and shower pressure was great. Room and bed clean.

Cons:

Seen better days, rooms need updating, outside area bit dated/shabby.
We were woken by other guests trying to access our room with their key, I think they had had a few shandys! That’s not hotels fault tho. Walls quite thin so can hear everything going on in adjoining rooms!
Member of staff was not very knowledgeable about local area - asked where closest pub/restaurant was she said ‘I don’t know’

Absoutley a great location to public transport and shops.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Maybe hot food like bacon or eggs.

Cons:

Not enough milk. No face washer in bathroom. The matress was very hard.

It was so bad i saw cockroaches in my room during night and next day i reported to
Receptionist as well and she had nothing to say.

Great location, nice rooms. Building older and room service needs improvement.

Location, big comfy bed, spa bath awesome, room decent size. Bathrooms ok.

Cons:

Rooms didn’t get cleaned some days and towels not changed. Crockery not cleaned or replaced.
Bed making dicy. Building exterior 5/10.
