Dirty old style room
Very large room, clean and comfortable bed. Very good location with lots of restaurants and train station nearby. The staff are very friendly and helpful and you feel like a family. This is my second time staying here and I feel very comfortable and convenient.
The hotel is a bit old and simple but good enough for my stay.
The room is a good size, great parking and bed was comfy.
The lounge is unfortunately too low to the ground and is uncomfortable. Fridge is too small. The breakfast room is rough.
Bed was comfortable, nice pillows, had a couch, roomy, clean, nice roomy bathroom, light in bathroom was also a heater. Clean linen. Pleasant receptionists. Very close to a large array of Asian restaurants.
We couldn’t get Wi Fi, mind you we didn’t go and ask reception why.
It is a good spot.
My neighbours were so noisy, they sounded like monkeys, I mean that... they made some freaky noises at 3am in the morning. I booked this pretty far in advance and stated I had an 8 month old, perhaps better planning on what rooms people stay in. My baby was woken numerous times by these people, I was banging on the walls a lot in the early hours to get them to shut the hell up.
The staff were pleasant. Bed was fine
Carpet stained. Couch needs replacing. Chairs uncomfortable. Tiles in bathroom and foyer dangerous. Slippery
location - sort walk to station, plenty of eating places
The waverley used to be a bit cheaper but has gone up in price
The location of the hotel was great and the room was actually fairly quite when considering where it was located.
Parking was good as well.
There was a bit of a mouldy smell, even with the windows partially open which was not pleasant.
There didn't appear to be a place to drop off a key if you check out before 7:00am which would have been useful. I left the key card in the room.
