Please note that from 1 January 2026 parking will be for a PLN 50 surcharge per night per car.
When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and conditions will be applied.
Renovation work will be carried out from from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 18:00.

Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 4 years old to 11 years old stay for 120 zł per person per night when using an existing bed.
Children up to and including 11 years old stay for 120 zł per person per night when using an available extra bed.
People 12 years old and over stay for 160 zł per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay. -

Czysto w pokoju
Bardzo niewygodne łóżko. Trudności w zameldowaniu.
Znakomita obsługa, czystość, strefa spa, wspaniałe śniadanie
Parking płatny 50 zł
Hotel komfortowy, pięknie położony w otoczeniu gór, smaczne posiłki, doskonałe miejsce na wypoczynek i górskie wyprawy.
Dobrze byłoby przypomnieć gosciom hotelowym o ,,kulturze saunowania"tj.: strefa beztekstylna, korzystanie z ręczników, cisza i relaks w czasie saunowych seansów.
Pieknie odnowione pokoje supet wyżywienie
Wszystko ok
Pyszne jedzenie, możliwość spędzenia miłego czasu w ramach atrakcji hotelowych (bilard, ping pong, basen+jacuzzi, strefa spa) oraz miła obsluga. Dodatkowo możliwość przedłużenia doby hotelowej do wskazanej godziny. Super widok na miasto i góry.
Dodatkowo płatny parking.Strefa z basenem i jacuzzi mogła być czynna do godz. 22 czyli 1h dłużej.
Czysto, wygodnie. Urozmaicone i smaczne śniadanie. Bardzo pomocny i uprzejmy personel.
Bardzo mały basen, dość chłodna woda. Basen czynny do 21 - niestety bez ograniczeń godzinowych dla dzieci. I w basenie i jacuzzi do końca otwarcia basenu - chlapiące dzieci, bawiące się na mnóstwie napompowanych zabawek, makarony pływające po całym basenie. Dlatego brak możliwości na chwilę relaksu i możliwości popływania.
Готель має свою неперевершену атмосферу та магію. Зручно, комфортно смачно. Чудово, що готель оновлюється, поточні роботи з реновації не створюють значних незручностей завдяки чудовій команді персоналу готелю. Приємно було повернутися сюди через багато років.
