Staff manager he was amazing and accomadating. Room was great bed was comfy.

A lovely, comfortable, clean room, ideal for our short stay.
Pros:

We made a last minute booking and were absolutely delighted to get an upgrade on arrrival. Our room was warm, quiet and comfortable, with everything we needed for an overnight stay.

I left my room door open when I went for a quick walk and came back and caught a staff member snooping on my iPad just before the cleaners arrived. I didn’t say anything as I felt awkward but was weird.

Great stay with helpful and friendly staff
Pros:

It was a last minute room booking with a 3am check in. After a number of unsuccessful calls with other accomdation - the lovely night shift staff member was who took my call was very helpful *I assume he was the same person who checked me in. Love the spacious and free parking. Overall, great stay.
