One night wasn’t enough :)

The aesthetic.

Cons:

Young man at the desk as we came in for breakfast. My wife asked for two coffees to go with our pre paid breakfast and he replied “You do realise that will be extra?” In a condescending tone. Then they didn’t have decaf coffee anyway so we had to venture out after breakfast to find decaffeinated coffee.

Best bed and breakfast I could fine but way to expensive for quality!

This is an old tired hotel that charges rates above its quality!

Old decor and facilities even broken glass is taped not replaced!

Pros:

the people at reception were really welcoming and helpful

Cons:

the whole place is tired. Some fittings in the bathroom are loose, the beds are soft and saggy, the shower grouting looks dirty, but it probably just old, the wall paper in the bathroom is peeling and the lock on the main door to the room doesn't feel that secure.
