Pobyt w Legolandzie
Pros:

Fajny rodzinny hotel, 5 minut spaceru do Legolanu. Miła obsługa. Bardzo dobre śniadanie.
Dobre kosmetyki w łazience (również krem do rąk i odżywka do włosów).
W pokoju jest lodówka oraz czajnik.
Mikrofalówka do dyspozycji w strefie wspólnej. Na korytarzu deska do prasowania i żelazko.
W basenie ciepła woda. W hotelu również jest sauna fińska. Jest plac zabaw na zewątrz i sala zabaw wewnątrz.
Blisko ścieżki spacerowej do centrum.

Cons:

Brak klimatyzacji (nam nie przeszkadzał, ze względu na pogodę nie trzeba było stosować, ale może przeszkadzać).
Brak restauracji na kolację czy lunch, za to jest sklepik hotelowy z kanapkami, sałatkami i przekąskami oraz możliwość zamówienia z innych restauracji w mieście.
Brak normalnego sklepu w pobliżu.

Great place to stay in Billund with kids and familiy
Pros:

Breakfast is exceptional! Location is amazing, walking distance from Lego House, Legoland and Lalandia. Good structure for Kids and family. The Gym is not big, but it is beautiful designed and well equiped.

Cons:

Extra beds could be more comfy for the Kids.

Pros:

Jedyny plus to blisko Legolandu i w miarę dobre śniadania (chociaż nieświeża szynka też się trafiła) reszta to porażka.

Cons:

- pokój bardzo mały nie da się w nim przebywać, jedynie spać ale też cieżko bo duszno
- w upały raczej nie do wytrzymania, brak klimatyzacji, w pokoju cały czas zaduch
- nikt przez 4 dni nie raczył nam posprzątać pokoju
- zameldowane 2os dorosłe + 2 dzieci a w pokoju dają dwie szklanki jak zrobić herbatę dla rodziny? Jak juz jest czajnik to wypadało by zadbać o odpowiednia ilość szklanek.
- brak dużych ręczników na basen, za każdym razem dostawaliśmy małe i tłumaczą że się skończyły (tak codziennie przez 4 dni) :|
- na basenie w brodziku nie działają pingwiny które powinny lać woda, dodatkowo jest pojemnik z piankami, kołami dla dzieci ale to wszystko się nadaje do śmieci bo poniszczone i niekompletne itd...

Väga hubane
Pros:

Väga suurepärane peatumispaik Legolandi, Legohausi ja Aquadome külastamiseks. Legohaus vaid 1,4 km kaugusel. Hea jalutuskäik. Hotell on toreda arhitektuuriga ja väga mõnusate puhkenurkadega. Väga sõbralik ja abivalmis personal. Jäime igati rahule.

Absolutely terrible experience. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The swimming pool was shockingly dirty. I accidentally dropped my father’s swimming goggles into the pool, and when I went underwater to retrieve them, I was horrified by what I saw. It honestly looked like the pool hadn’t been properly cleaned in a very long time. There was dirt and debris everywhere. I immediately took my children out because I didn’t feel it was safe or hygienic.

Overall, this property doesn’t even provide the basic standards I would expect from a motel, yet it charges prices comparable to a luxury 5-star hotel. The facilities are outdated, the cleanliness is unacceptable, and the value for money is extremely poor.

I would never stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone, especially families with children.

Cons:

I burde opgradere jeres udvalg til børne “underholdning”. Have flere/nogle hygge kroge til børn og ikke bare gemme det væk i kælderen. Børn vil på opdagelse når de er på hotel, og her var ret skuffende i forhold til hvad I egentlig kunne gøre med de rammer i har både indendørs og udendørs.
Overfladisk rengøring er fin, men f.eks. jeres store vindue parti ved hoveddøren er fyldt med døde fluer. Spindelvæv ved mange lamper osv. jeres ‘grundige’ rengøring halter lidt efter.

Pros:

I had a great experience with all parties involved. Everyone at the front desk and in fact all employees were professional and stead fast with all request. I’d recommend The Lodge to family & friends. Thank you for everything.

Great location
Pros:

Starting with the good, great location to Lego land and house! Breakfast was great and varied selection, rooms nice and tidy.. Reasoning for the 3* is coming back from a day out the cleaners had left our room door wide open and really concerned us with security protocols (thankfully nothing stolen). In addition they never replaced glasses in room which we found strange
