Ej fungerande kundönskemål
Vid bokning meddelade vi om önskemål att få våra 3 rum a2 nätter bredvid varandra pga barn, detta fick vi bekräftat. Dock vid incheckning var detta inte möjlig pga att inga rum var tillgängliga i närhet med varandra då andra hade checkat in tidigare under dagen
Utroligt søde mennesker!
Jeg skulle meget tidligt afsted for at nå et fly - fik morgenmad to,go og tilbud om varmt at drikke også.
At skulle betale for parkering oven i prisen. Det var ganske vanskeligt at registrere parkeringen. Men igen hjalp det meget venlige personale mig
Breakfast good hot food a bit cold. Did not like drinking tea out of a glass.

Kambarys be oro kondicionavimo sistemos. Visą naktį buvo atidarytas langas, bet miego kokybė buvo prasta, nes labai karšta viduje. Nerekomenduoju keliauti šiltu oru.
Pusryčiai kažkokia katastrofa.
Mūsų rezervacija (Taip, reikia rezervuoti laiką, negalima ateiti kada nori..?) buvo nuo 8:15 iki 9:15. 8:55 nuėjome pasidaryti kavos, gryžus staliukas jau buvo atiduotas kitiems žmonėms, likome nevalgę.
Registratūrai rašėme, kad norėsime įsiregistruoti anksčiau ir prašėme parašyti, kai kambarys bus paruoštas - neparašė visai.

Maten var veldig bra med et godt utvalg til hele familien. Både lekerom, treningsrom og bassenget var også over all forventning. Dette var skikkelig bra!
Vi var på tre generationer på familie-pinse-ferie. 6 voksne og 3 børn ml 2-7 år. Boede i tre ‘rækkehuse’ på stribe, med terrasse. Alt fungerede. Super værelser med god plads, dejlige senge, og alt var rent og pænt.

We travel frequently and have stayed in hotels of all sizes around the world, but unfortunately this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have ever had.
The hotel is extremely outdated and poorly maintained. The rooms feel very old, there is not even air conditioning, and the bathroom condition was unacceptable. Room service was also very disappointing.
It is shocking that a hotel charging USD 400–450 per night does not even provide basic complimentary drinking water in the room. Even simple items that are offered free in most hotels around the world, such as basic slippers costing almost nothing, are sold for extra money here.
Breakfast was also below expectations, and on top of that, guests are required to make a reservation in advance — otherwise, you may not even be able to have breakfast.
In our opinion, this hotel does not justify its price at all. It feels like the hotel benefits heavily from its proximity to Legoland. Without Legoland nearby, this property would struggle to justify even a fraction of its current pricing.
Very disappointing overall, and unfortunately not an experience we would recommend.
Additionally, we would like to point out several basic shortcomings in the room that further added to our disappointment.
There were no teaspoons available in the room even for stirring coffee or tea, and no bath/foot towel was provided in the bathroom. These are very basic amenities that guests would reasonably expect, especially at a hotel charging premium rates.
Unfortunately, these details further reinforced our impression of poor preparation, lack of attention to guest comfort, and inadequate standards.

it was great not issues at all and in a great location
It was a great place to chill out. Very close to Legoland and not too far from Billund town and Lego House and Teddy Bear Museum.
Easily accessible from the airport.
The breakfast were brilliant.
Although there was a deli , it was a shame that something similar to the breakfast setup wasn’t available later in the day.
