That is the best location in Veliko Tarnovo with an amazing view over the river. The room is spacious and comfortable, the balcony is five stars :) I'd love to visit again.

Кухнята в ресторанта - замразени ястия с АДСКИ малки порции на завишени цени. Няма поветрение по коридорите. Басейна не е подходящ за деца... Кабелната телевизия не работеше. Разтегателния диван беше ужасен.

The location and the scenery.
The hotel is not worthy of its 4 stars status. besides the beautiful scenery and peacefulness, my family and I did not like it at all.
Starting off with the fact that they made us pay a 15€ fee for our small dog that isn't bothering anyone. I understand charging for big and troublesome dogs, but charging 15 euro for an animal whose presence you can't even feel unless you look down at it is absurd, considering the fact that they did not provide anything for our dog either.
Breakfast was very poor. Barely any options.
The jacuzzi was dirty and we're not sure if it was even functional.
speaking of the spa, the sauna did not have any source of cold water which should be there.
We did not get enough bathrobes and not to mention that they did not even give us slippers, we had to ask for them and even then they only gave us two pairs.
The restaurant had dirty windows.
There are many other things but I don't mean to nit-pick. I just mentioned the things that bothered us the most. Again, this hotel is not worthy of its 4 stars.

Wonderful views, nice staff, parking in front of the hotel. Breakfast was ala carte since there were not many people staying then. It was ok. We also went to the pool and the water was super warm! Hotel is built on a rock
