La atención del personal: Natalia, Patrick, Lili y Vero. Fueron muy atentas especialmente en el momento de servir el desayuno y la merienda considerando que mi esposa es celiaca. Natalia además fue muy amable en el horario del check in.

Un oasis en medio de Jurere
Pros:

No pudimos haber llegado a mejor lugar para nuestra estadía en Floripa. Un jardín precioso, calmo, musicalizado por el canto de las aves. La habitación era más cómoda de lo que se veía en las fotos, contaba con armarios, perchas, mantas extra, y el baño tenía shampoo y bálsamo que se agradece un montón. El desayuno y la merienda buffet fueron un agrado todos los días: siempre la mesa lista para nosotras - destaca la hora de la merienda, donde sorprendieron con la vajilla y accesorios diferentes cada día. Por último el personal tremendamente amable y servicial, siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos y aclarar nuestras dudas.

Cons:

La ducha del primer piso del loft tenía algún problema con las llaves por lo que redujimos su uso, pero no fue nada grave ni problemático porque solo éramos 3 personas y teníamos otra ducha completa en el segundo piso del loft. También como recomendación, recordaría a los huéspedes en el check-in la hora de silencio a partir de las 22 hrs, que está en las reglas del alojamiento, pero la última noche sentíamos la conversación a alto volumen de una familia de compatriotas chilenos en el jardín que quizás no leyeron las reglas.

Amazing staff and location but terrible rooms
Pros:

The staff were amazing. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Victoria spoke perfect English and was always available to help. The courtyard is an absolute gem and the gardeners do a great job maintaining the beautiful plants. I loved the seating in the courtyard. Breakfast and tea time was delicious. The location was 5 minute walk to the beach. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

I would give this place a perfect score if it weren’t for the intolerable smells in the room and the general poor state of the rooms. The smell was a mixture of human urine and cat urine. It was extremely strong. I was travelling with friends and all of our rooms (3 in total) smelled similarly. I could barely stand to sleep in the room much less relax there. Also the rooms need serious maintenance. The mirrored closet door came off when I tried to open it (and almost hit me on the head) and the flushing mechanisms for the toilet also came off during my stay. These issues have nothing to do with the cleaners because you can tell that they do clean the rooms well. I think it’s a problem with the general upkeep of the place. Considering the state of the rooms and how tiny they are, this place is way overpriced.

A great place to stay for a quiet getaway!
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious and there were a variety of food and beverage options. We loved interacting with the staff and other guests were friendly but mostly kept to themselves.
