An absolute Gem. Very easy to get to from Lauterbrunnen. Just take the train right up to Wengen 6min and 2 min walk to the Maya. The views from this boutique hotel are indescribable. We had initially reserved in Mürren then switched and glad we did.. Much quieter and prefer the views. The cable car to Mannlichen is a 5 min walk through the ski village and amazing hikes at the top with even more breathtaking views. The restaurant had great food, can't go wrong here.

An absolute gem—This hotel is magnificent. The staff, amenities, location, food, cleanliness, and view from the room are spectacular and made us absolutely love Wengen as a whole. We were speechless when we experienced the spa and couldn’t stop talking about how good the food was. It would be a dream come true to stay at this property again!

Conveniently located near the train station, but you wouldn’t know that from the property. Quiet, excellent staff, and breakfast was great both mornings that we were there. Great views from our room!

Views from this hotel are priceless. We enjoyed the wonderful dinners and service. The food is exceptional. Location to train station is awesome. Fresh air is great. Hues can get loud at night but not bad. Highly recommend. Great hiking options near by. Wengen is so beautiful.

The hotel was not clean. We had pubic hair in our bathroom, stains and holes in the sheets, dirt in mugs and we booked the hotel for the hot tub which never got about 32 Celsius

You can’t beat the proximity to the train station and the Coop market.
The room was beautiful - spacious with a great balcony and view. We were able to take out pizza from the restaurant and eat on our balcony.
Neil at the front desk was so kind and helpful. He was the face of the hotel and he is fantastic at it!

Perfect location for a stay in Wengen. Steps away from the train station, and convenient to all that Wengen has to offer - make sure you get a mountainside room because the views are next level. Restaurant was excellent, offering a bkfast buffet, and full service lunch and dinners (with a fantastic pizza!)

The location is right next to the train station, so easy access for hauling your luggage. At night, the train does come by and it is quite loud, will wake you up but it goes away fast. It's pretty quiet at night somce the shopping stops at 6 or 630, but you will get the later night people by the hotel making some noise. There is no AC so we slept with the door open and the cool air was amazing! We had no view of the mountains which was disappointing and tried to move rooms but weren't allowed to. The in room coffee is instant and not great. Shower in our room was tiny and ended up getting water all over the floor.
Our too. Was very tiny for the two is as we booked a "double room" but was told it was the budget room?? Didn't realize that so be sure to ask for a view or a sizable room. We didn't have a lot of place to put our suitcase and moved some stuff around. Restaurant has great food and breakfast is the same every morning and it's ok. Doesn't open until 730am so plan accordingly.
Had we known the grocery store was so close and the food there amazing, we would have gotten an Airbnb. Super impressed with the Coop!
Train ride down to Lauterbrunnen is super convenient and fast and steps from the hotel.
Food is expensive so be prepared!

Great Place, Great Views, Excellent Service
Pros:

Such a great place with amazing views of the mountain. The service was excellent as well. I also like that it was just a short walk to the train station. For us, we liked Wengen as it’s a no car village. It’s also much easier to get to than Mürren.
