Pros:

Wir waren auf der Durchreise von Görlitz bis nach Krakau -Zwei Wochen Kulturreise durch Schlesien )Bis auf Aufzug( angeblich seit mehrern Wochen in der Wartung )war alles wirklich gut. Frühstück und Abendessen im restaurant perfekt - halt Polen .Wir kommen wieder.

Schwer sich an der Reception zu unterhalten durch das schwache Englisch des Personals.
Zwar wurde die Übernachtung online bezahlt, wurden wir aufgefordert nochmal zu zahlen…vorsichtig dabei denn im Nachhinein klären und Rückzahlung erhalten ist schwierig. Sonst war es in ordnung

Wunderschöne Lage und traumhaftes Gebäude – leider stark getrübt durch mangelhaften Service und fehlende Pflege.
Terrasse nicht vorbereitet, keine Bedienung (mussten Getränke selbst holen), Geschirr und volle Aschenbecher vom Vorabend standen noch am Morgen da.
Am nächsten Tag kein warmes Wasser im Zimmer.
Sehr schade, denn der Ort hätte großes Potenzial.

Pros:

Es existiert kein kostenloser Wellnessbereich bis auf Sauna. Kein Whirlpool, nichts. Wurde aber so beworben.
Die Massagen sind extrem teuer.
Informationen in Englisch zu den Hotelangeboten wären auch gut.

Combine skiing and a castle stay
Pros:

Wonderfull place near skiareas in Poland and Check Rep.
Rooms in the side building looks newly renovated, the breakfast I once and the reception staf, especially Katarzyna are simply fantastic and go out of her way to help ypui for a great stay :)

Pros:

In the photos, the hotel seems luxurious, but in reality, it is not. Ostentatious furniture, which I assume cost a lot of money. The rooms have poor finishing and cracked walls .The water in the shower was merely lukewarm, even when set to the maximum temperature.
The breakfast was tasty.There were many options for cold dishes, but for hot dishes, only sausages and scrambled eggs were available.

This place is so so. The pictures on the web gives an impression of a nicer place than in reality.
The breakfast was mediocre.
The overall service was low
They only cleaned half of our room.
Local kids used the outside lounge as a biking park

Tråkig och ointresserad personal vid incheckningen. Inte lätt att göra sig förstådd med engelska. Kvinnan i baren var hjälpsam 😉.

Problemy logistyczne w obiekcie - oferowanie innego pokoju (o niższym standardzie) niż ten wczesniej zarezerwowany, licząc na to, że gość nie zauważy,

Nieprzyjemny zapach w pokoju, zbyt krótki parawan prysznicowy - woda z deszczownicy zalewała całą łazienkę,

Na kilka dni przed przyjazdem nie było możliwości zarezerwowania zabiegów, po przyjeździe okazalo sie, że godziny otwarcia spa są skrócone,

Miejsce ma potencjał, ale nie powinno reklamować się jako spa

Dobre miejsce noclegowe, lokalizacja obiektu sprzyja zwiedzaniu okolicy
