Reception Hours

• Our reception is open from 8 am to 11:30 pm.

ID Requirements

• Check-in requires a government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License, Residence Permit, National ID Card, or Passport). Digital or scanned IDs are not accepted. Failure to provide an ID will result in the inability to check-in.

Deposit Requirements

• £20 cash or an ID (EU ID card, Residence Permit, Driver’s License, or Passport) is required as a deposit for metal keys. This deposit cannot be paid by card.

Check-In and Check-Out

• Earliest check-in: 2 pm
• Latest check-in: 11:30 pm
• Check-out time: between 8 am to 11 am. Please see us at the reception if your check-out time is outside of these hours.
• Early check-in cannot be guaranteed. However, if you arrive after 12 am and your room is available, we will accommodate you. Planned arrivals between 8 am to 12 am require advanced booking and an early check-in fee.
• Ensure you arrive by 11:30 pm to avoid issues with check-in, as we are not able to accommodate check-ins after this time as the hotel is closed overnight.

Early Check-Out Deposit Return

• If checking out before 8 am, see us the night before to exchange your key for the deposit.

Luggage Storage and Vouchers

• You can leave your luggage at the hotel upon arrival or departure. Luggage storage during departure is only for the same day.
• Enjoy a “15% off all meals” voucher for Little Napoli, valid for lunch and dinner.

Breakfast

• Breakfast is served at Little Napoli from 8 am to 11:30 am, a 5-minute walk from the hotel.
• Please request a breakfast voucher at the reception in the morning.

Parking

Hotellet motsvarar mina förväntningar på ett bra sätt.
Pros:

Området runt hotellet är trevligt med stort antal restauranger, pubar och närhet till modernt köpcenter. Närhet till tunnelbana.

Étonnant qu’on y ait pas choper des morpions.

Caca du dernier occupant sur les toilettes, pièges à souris dans les chambres, odeurs d’urines dans les couloirs, literie nauséabonde, chaleur insupportable dans la chambre sans possibilité de réduire le chauffage, parcours du combattant pour récupérer la clé (le réceptionniste nous a suggéré de récupérer la clé le samedi matin à 8h pour une réservation faite pour le vendredi soir).

Pros:

We checked in at 2 pm.
Our room was ready.
Corridors are narrow and the bedroom doors are close together.
Room was acceptable for the price we paid.It had everything we needed and I thought was worth the money we paid.
The breakfasts are awful.Not on site but down the road in little Napoli.
The owner seemed disinterested in our breakfast.
We had toast so well done it was tough to cut.
Two eggs fried.Over cooked so much the yolks were hard.
We asked for tea.It was so weak.
The man serving us said he was given one t-bag or one tube of coffee for one customer from the hotel.He couldn’t offer orange juice or a latte or cappuccino or anything else.
Butter was also off the menu.It was olive oil on toast or nothing.
My Granddaughter and I got up and left.
It was absolutely awful..
Be warned.
Don’t order breakfast xx

Für eine Nacht ok, mehr lieber nicht.
Pros:

Das Quartier, in dem das Hotel liegt ist sehr lebendig und multikulturell. Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmässig.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war für 4 Personen sehr klein. Da es unter dem Dach liegt und es an diesem Tag 30 Grad heiss war, wurden wir in der Nacht quasi gekocht! Kaum Möglichkeit zum Lüften.

J’ai trouvé ça très sale…
Cons:

L’endroit était très sale les murs comme le sol ou le mobilier n’était absolument pas propre. Nous nous sommes même demandé si les draps avaient été changé car beaucoup de poils les cheveux à l’intérieur. En plus de ça, pas de fenêtre, pour aérer la pièce, seulement un petit filet d’air. Le personnel était plutôt agréable.

My son booked a room to stay overnight (he’s 17). This hotel DECLINED HIM ACESS. I live 6 hours away and he was hotel less stranded on his own in London where he’s never been on his own before!! On the website, it clearly states there’s ’No age requirement for checking in’ and on FAQ it says that over 16 years old are welcome to check in if a parent has paid for the hotel, which I did. Paid 90 for one night, ridiculous overpriced. The website is misleading and lying, scamming to get money then turning my son away! He had to find another hotel that would accept 17years old and had to spend more money!! Absolute joke. Do not go here. My daughter stayed here for 2 nights and said the rooms are dirty and toilet didn’t flush. Also very loud and shower water doesn’t get hot, stays freezing. Beds uncomfortable. Do not go here unless you want to be scammed and feel unsafe
