Séjour très agréable et reposant
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée (climatisation, frigo, bouilloire, étendoir à linge) , avec balcon sans vis à vis, ascenceur et garage pour la voiture.
Très bien située, près de la plage et arrêt de bus au pied de l'hôtel.
Personnel très aimable et de bon conseil.

Pros:

L'hotel és molt bonic, té dues piscines una pels petits i una més gran, l'habitació correcta amb aire condicionat i bastant ampla amb un balcó, l'esmorzar correcte molt bo. El paisatge de l'hotel és molt bonic, té plaça de parquing i això és molt important.

Cons:

Està allunyat del centre de San Jean de luz, necessites cotxe per moure't, el servei del bar de piscina és bastant car. El lavabo de l'habitació no té manpara.

Très bon hotel mais rapport qualité/prix à revoir

Qualité de la piscine, volume de la chambre, accessibilité, personnel sympa, la vue mer depuis le balcon

La moquette, l'absence de savon à main au niveau du lavabo, un seul rouleau de papier WC déjá entamé à notre arrivée

Magnifique séjour
Pros:

La chambre était très belle, spacieuse et confortable. Le lit était particulièrement agréable, et nous avons apprécié la salle de bain avec les toilettes séparées. L’hôtel dispose aussi d’une piscine très agréable et d’un court de tennis. L’emplacement est très pratique : l’arrêt de bus se trouve juste à côté, et la promenade jusqu’à la plage ne prend qu’environ cinq minutes.

L’emplacement est idéal, c’était magnifique

Le prix du petit déjeuner 20€😱, je suis arrivée a 9h20….., il y avait très peu de choix, il restait 5 viennoiseries… 4 yaourts, 5 tranches de saucissons…le bas en osier était vide…, 2 pains spéciaux quasi fini….la brioche est arrivé une fois que nous avions fini….. les deux filles étaient sympa mais non rien recharger au fur et à mesure….je vous invite à aller au catalonia à San Sébastien et pour 22 € vous avez un monticule de douceurs sucrés et salés…. Qd j’ai payé 40€ j’ai une mal à l’estomac !!!je suis habituée aux hôtels 4 étoiles et vous n’êtes pas cohérent avec votre tarif.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix pour la région
Pros:

Très grande chambre, propre et lumineuse.
Personnel très sympathique et serviable.
Un très bon point pour le restaurant.

Cons:

L'éloignement du centre, il faut un véhicule ou être bon marcheur (40 minutes à pied pour rejoindre le centre ville).
La piscine hors service même si plage à moins de 5 minutes à pied.
