l'accueil n'était pas des plus agréable.
Cons:

Réservation effectuée : 1 chambre 2 adultes + un lit pour un enfant de 6ans. Pas de petit lit seulement un fauteuil faisant office de lit. Pas de bonde dans la baignoire donc impossible de faire prendre un bain pour l'enfant.

Emplacement très agréable en bord de mer, belle promenade pour rejoindre Saint Jean de Luz à pieds.
Très bon petit déjeuner personnel très agréable et chambre spacieuse.

Cons:

Baignoire très glissante pour prendre une douche

La moquette plus très hygiénique à notre époque

Hôtel de qualité très bien situé que je recommande. Excellent séjour et belles découvertes.
Pros:

La situation géographique, l'excellent accueil de l'ensemble du personnel, la chambre spacieuse avec balcon au calme, le petit déjeuner copieux avec produits variés, la qualité du restaurant, l'espace piscine. L'accès immédiat aux transports en commun.

Cons:

L'inconfort du matelas, la salle de bain qui mériterait d'être rafraichie avec la douche sans paroi.
