La tranquilidad del hotel y el recepcionista Florian, Flo, muy servicial. Un encanto de chico que nos ayudó con lo que le preguntamos. Muy majo.

Una chica rubia de recepción me pareció muy decepcionante. No nos ayudó para nada. Es más, era muy altiva y soberbia. Pedí en la reserva una habitación en piso alto y nos pusieron en la planta baja al lado del restaurante, sin ninguna intimidad. Teníamos que cerrar las cortinas. La cama individual estaba sin hacer y sucia, con manchas y algún pelo, no la habían cambiado. Al día siguiente no nos hicieron la habitación. Durante todo el día pusimos el cartel verde para que la hicieran, excepto momento de siesta de 1 hora. A las 5 y media de la tarde fuimos a recepción y la misma recepcionista altiva nos dijo que no nos la habían hecho xq estaba el cartel de no molestar. Le dijimos que todo el día estuvo en verde para hacer la habitación. Un desastre. Nos dieron unas toallas nuevas y "contentos". Muy desastre. Las camareras del desayuno parece que te están haciendo un favor. Muy pasotas. El desayuno, el peor en el que he estado. Se salva el zumo de naranja natural. Reponían la repostería muy poco a poco. Varios viajes para ver si había ya algún croasant o bollo. Para las 10 ya empezaban a recoger lo poco que había aunque el desayuno era hasta las 11. No soy de poner reseñas negativas, ni una persona exigente pero esta vez se lo merecen con creces

hôtel parfait et personnel très bien
Pros:

l'accueil et les services fournis part le personnel et l'emplacement a coté de l'océan, du chemin du littoral.
Le restaurant et très bon et les service parfait.

Cons:

la literie est vraiment a revoir, car le matelas et a changer c'est vraiment le point noir.
Le buffet du matin manque un peu de choix.

Emplacement, praticite avec le bus pour aller en ville, parking pour la voiture, espace des chambres très confortable, balcon

Cons:

Beaucoup de bruits le samedi lors des arrivées, les voitures avec le contact, peut être envisager un accueil à l’extérieur pour donner les bonnes pratiques. Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de notre temps calme sur le balcon ou en intérieur
Faire les lits et le ménage rapide idéalement le matin pour permettre aux personnes d’être tranquilles en début d’après midi

Hôtel très agréable et très bien situé.
Pros:

Chambre très agréable, spacieuse et lumineuse, bien aménagée, équipée (bouilloire, Nespresso, clim…)
Personnel disponible et sympathique.
5 min à pied de la plage d’Erromardie, très chouette.

Cons:

Trop de bruit (pas des autres chambres : bonne isolation) lié au passage des poubelles le matin et à diverses allées et venues du personnel en véhicule.
Du bruit lié au spectacle de vachettes sur la place en face le mercredi et le dimanche (l’été) jusqu’à 23h30.
Du bruit de travaux (pas de chance : c’était sur 2 jours de notre séjour).
