I recently stayed at dynasty hotel, and my experience was truly wonderful ! The rooms were clean, the service was excellent and the overall atmosphere made me feel completely at home.

I want to give special appreciation to Mr. Bikumoni from the Reservation team he is one of the most polite, humble and genuinely helpful person I've ever met in the hospitality industry. Throughout my stay , he took great care of every little detail and also guide my assam all tours like he knows everything more than his manager also very polite and smart . His dedication and positive attitude truly reflect the best of Hotel Dynasty.

I had an amazing experience staying at Dynasty Inn, Guwahati. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The location is perfect and makes getting around the city very convenient.

A special mention goes to Mr. Bikumuni, the front desk manager — he was exceptionally helpful, professional, and kind throughout our stay. He went out of his way to assist us and made sure everything was taken care of smoothly. His warm hospitality truly made our experience memorable.

The stay was really nice. We enjoy the ambiance and all staffs are really great with Good Sevice. Especially satyajeet, Biku and Shiva are very helpful and really nice to talk to them and er enjoyed the hospitality. Thank you.

An absolute horror story. Calling this hotel 4 star shames even 2 star hotel. Check in was slow and the allocated room was musty and the curtains so dusty you could not draw them. Everything is so old and so dated, still using Rs 2 soap for the bathroom. The towels are threadbare and shower area needs renewing.
As for the restaurant, the table had dirty tablecloths with food stains and everything we ordered from menu from starter to main course (vegetarian) was not available. We had to eat what ever they had, didn't even dare to go for breakfast, ate at coffee shop outside.
The early morning 6AM checkout was another drama despite clearing the outstanding bill the previous night and alerting them to the early checkout. ALL staff were fast asleep and had to be woken up to print the bill and open the gates for our car to enter.
Too expensive for what it is and as for the location, take note beforehand. Being in the middle of a really, really busy Bazar has more cons than pros.

Mold infested, poorly maintained, leaking fauctets, mosquitoes, air conditioning has moldy smell, staff unempathetic.

Very bad hotel and not at all worthy of the rating. Pathetic service, dingy and smelly rooms. No regard for customer care or service. Would never recommended to anybody especially for the high priced rooms which cannot be justified at all. Construction going throughout day with no regard for customer comfort.

Our experience at this hotel was far from what we expected for a property claiming to be four-star.

The location is a major inconvenience, as it’s situated on a narrow road with chaotic traffic, making it nearly impossible to bring a vehicle close to the entrance. To add to the inconvenience, we had an early checkout at 6:30 AM, and there was no staff available to help with our luggage. We had to carry it ourselves down a large flight of stairs—not the level of service we anticipated.

The cleanliness was deeply disappointing. The entire hotel felt dusty, triggering my dust allergy as soon as I entered the room. The carpets were stained, the rooms looked outdated, and overall maintenance seemed to have been neglected.

On top of that, the Wi-Fi provision was very poor. The connection was weak and unreliable, making it incredibly inconvenient for anyone needing stable internet access.

Overall, this stay was a letdown. With the cleanliness, service, and amenities in such a state, it does not deserve the four-star label. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless these issues are addressed.

Old and dingy. The floors are moulded and stink . Wi-Fi is the worse ever . U get disconnected every 2 mins. Staff doesn’t pick up the call for in room dining . Clearly a no no the next time

Proper city location at Fancy Bazaar, a shopping hub in Guwahati. Avoid stay on sundays as its closed. The hotel is well decorated with beautiful conference halls & mughal theme restra serving great food & great ambience.
The electricity fluctuations is a problem here & intercom lines get disconnected in the peak early morning hours. When we were leaving at 5.30am, no houskeeping staffs were there for exit formalities. It felt very unsafe & weird in such a luxury hotel. Overall the room was gloomy with less lighting & bathrooms were not clean & unhygenic. Was not worth the stay here.

Horrible hotel, third class service, food quality pathetic, buffet was cold and bland, service at the restaurant was very third class. In complaining to the guy Muizr Rahman he just ignored and never responded. Is the type of third class fnb staff you have. Will never check in .

The ambience of the hotel is quite amazing. The staff is welcoming and fully cooperative. I had buffet for the company event i was attending there. The food was super delicious. The chicken was so tender and juicy and the naan bread was the softest. Apart from the food the Tai Hall(where the event took place) is huge and has great ambience as well. The whole hotel is air conditioned. I'm just not satisfied with the quality of the washrooms, they can be a lot better given the stature of 4star hotel. Overall, it's a great hotel.
