Hotel Centre Point

The services provided by the restaurant, and Ayushi on particular, are very good. Although the ambience is a bit old but the hospitality is pretty good. The food quality is excellent. The music was a bit subtle. Overall it was a very good experience.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Amazing and prompt service by Ma. Aayushi who works more than 12 - 14 hours a day with a pleasant smile on her face for the customers.

Stayed at this hotel from 1st April to 9th April, expecting true 5-star standards, but had a shocking & unacceptable experience. One morning during my stay, I woke up with painful rashes spread across my face and eyelid—likely due to insect bites in the room. I had to rush to a doctor for treatment & even after 4 days, the condition remained painful and irritating.
What’s more disappointing is the hotel’s response. Apart from a basic apology & offering a room change, there was no real concern shown. No manager reached out, no proper investigation was communicated & no effort was made to ensure guest safety or accountability.
This is far below what one expects from a 5-star hotel. Extremely frustrating & disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to reconsider before staying here.

The atmosphere, food and service was the best I've experienced in Nagpur. Thanks to the staff : Shakil Ji, Soniya Ji and Jyoti Ji at the Meeting Point Restaurant for their exceptional service and hospitality, they truly made this a memorable and an amazing experience. They made it a wonderful evening for us. Worth a revisit !

Food was good here at hotel center point but we specially come here to eat angoori lichi it was really amazing desert
And our servers Mr Ashutosh, Rathode ji, Rajkumar he was very polite in nature and very friendly with us
He always treat us like a family members

The hotel was very comfortable to live in.rooms are spacious and the food is good,and the housekeeping done in the rooms was neat and tidy thanks to Shivani.

Excellent service, extremely well trained staff, specially Irfan and Palak took care of our table personally. Shankar Chef came to the table to check everything was perfectly fine. Can’t wait to come again at Meeting Point.
