The food was great. And the service was top notch especially the waiter named Ashutosh was extremely great. He was very attentive and experienced and was well mannered. Love the experience here!

Clean, excellently maintained rooms. Great, attentive service with a smile from every staff member, including at the rooftop restaurant. The next time I visit Nagpur I'm sure I'll stay here again.

Centrally located with great rooms and delicious food. Room dinning rates are quiet at higher side.

I visited the hotel for the first time, the experience was awesome,, the staff at the restaurant was great especially Palak Ramteke was very much welcoming and professional with crisp in timing.

I came to India from Mauritius for surgery and business purposes and during my stay here. I had the opportunity to closely experience the hospitality of the hotel. My overall stay has been truly comfortable and pleasant.

The hotel maintains a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are clean well maintained and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety and quality options to start the day. The overall service reflects professionalism and good management. From the front desk to the restaurant the staff are courteous and attentive making guests feel valued and well cared for.

I would especially like to appreciate Aachal from the Food & Beverage team. Her dedication and professionalism truly stood out. Even during busy hours she manages everything with calmness, confidence and a genuine smile. Her positive attitude and the warmth and respect she shows to guests reflect the true spirit of hospitality.

During a time when I needed extra care and positivity her kindness and attentive service made a meaningful difference in my stay.

Thank you to the entire team at Centre Point Hotel for making my stay comfortable and memorable. I would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

Worst experience, rooms full of mosquitoes, location is ok, ambience is very normal just like 3star hotel, sounds hit u in ur rooms like anything, terrible to stay, finding lift and than room is a big task, service is worst, not worth, sleepless night, pillows are so thick got pain in neck, normal 2star hotel provide better breakfast, overall worst experience, wastage of money. Not deserving 2 to 3 star, nothing of 4 to 5 star, atmosphere is just words..

If u want an early check in and there is waitg don't got to counter to ask for a room. The more number of times u ask the counter staff gets upset n delays giving u a room. Sit patiently if u get place to as very few chair n sofas in the lobby. Even if it takes 2- 3 hrs dint ask, we tend to politely
I experienced it and felt very bad being treat so for the first time
No system to allocate rooms it's as the person like a guest

House keeping is very good by Sadukar.bathriom ,bed,cleaning and food is good 👍 and good experience.....,..........

Perfect location, the room was cozy well furnished and food was great. We enjoyed our stay and hospitality of staff of centre point.

The Manager in morning when he learnt my daughter not well gave us Fruits I think his name was Anirudh.
When i checked in one nite prior at 12.30 am at nite as we came back from Kashi I didn't like the room smell
I asked the night manager to get it cleaned as there were 2 small cockroaches I saw on floor.. morning breakfast was good and morning manager was very comforting.

Unique and fullfilled. The room was grand and comfortable and clean and everything you expect was satisfactory. The staff were utmost cooperative and their hospitality was above the mark. Safe parking for my vehicle was provided. Dinner and breakfast was excellent.

Service was awesome and very happy with the food and assistance
