Support staff is good and it’s close to city’s market

Cons:

It’s located in very congested area, moving in and out of the area is a challenge if you are going by your own car, parking is challenging and it’s open congested parking, approach roads are very congested. Room descriptions are miss guiding, it says double room but in actual it’s a single room.

Cons:

Pool being indoor was very cold water. Rooms r small and feels like dusty. Beds need to be more cleaner and dust free. Parking is bit congested but the support staff are very helpfull

We were extremely disappointed with our experience at this hotel. The location is very poor, situated in a congested and densely packed area, which made access difficult and unpleasant. The rooms were old, poorly maintained, and had a strong, unpleasant odor. To make things worse, there was a lizard roaming around in the bathroom, which was quite disturbing.

Despite booking two AC rooms, one of the rooms did not even have a working air conditioner. Given the condition of both the rooms and the overall environment, we had no choice but to check out immediately and book another hotel in Mahabaleshwar. Unfortunately, the entire booking amount for the two rooms was wasted.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

First of all the photo which they are sharing for Delux room is not at all up to mark, they have mentioned that they have a parking place i had to go and park my car about 1 km from the hotel with the security person and we both came back walking 1 km from the parking area, I have never ever seen such a hotel in my life, the hotel is hardly having 6 to 8 parking.

Pros:

The room is spacious. The food was good. The staff is courteous. Market is near by. Other facilities are good.

Cons:

There is no lift. Rooms need to be clean had big cockroaches in it. The tub was not clean.
