Struttura accogliente ma camere da rinnovare urgentemente
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel a Roma e la posizione, pur essendo leggermente decentrata, risulta comunque comoda. Nota positiva è la presenza del parcheggio interno alla struttura, oltre alla possibilità di parcheggiare anche all’esterno e di usufruire di un parcheggio coperto al costo di 10 € a notte.

La colazione, invece, è stata ottima: varia, di buona qualità e con personale di sala sorridente e cordiale. Questa è sicuramente la nota più positiva della struttura.

La reception, invece, presenta delle criticità sia al check-in che al check-out.

Consigliamo alla struttura di effettuare urgentemente interventi di restauro nelle camere: l’hotel ha potenzialità e spazi accoglienti, ma non può permettersi di ospitare clienti in una struttura a quattro stelle con camere che non raggiungono nemmeno lo standard di una stella.

Cons:

Purtroppo, il costo del soggiorno non è adeguato al livello delle camere. Gli ambienti risultano evidentemente usurati e non rinnovati da tempo: mobilia datata, pareti rovinate, mostrine delle porte rotte e bagni con evidenti segni di ruggine, incrostazioni e usura. Tutti elementi che non giustificano il prezzo richiesto per una struttura di questa categoria.

L’impianto di climatizzazione si è rivelato inadeguato: la camera era estremamente calda. Abbiamo dovuto aprire la finestra per riuscire a dormire, ma essendo periodo invernale siamo stati costretti a richiuderla. Nonostante questo, la temperatura è rimasta troppo alta, rendendo il riposo difficile.

Anche l’insonorizzazione non è soddisfacente: durante la notte, la chiusura delle porte delle altre camere faceva vibrare pareti e letto.

In camera era presente un frigorifero con la corrente staccata e una bottiglia d’acqua all’interno, completamente calda. Nel tentativo di capire il problema, abbiamo guardato dietro il frigo e trovato polvere, ragnatele e sporcizia, oltre alla spina scollegata. Non abbiamo nemmeno provato ad attaccarla.

Rapporto prezzo qualità

Cons:

Siamo arrivati in hotel e abbiamo appreso che il sabato sarebbe mancata la corrente elettrica dalle 11 alle 17 . E cosi è stato non abbiamo potuto utilizzare l ascensore la nostra camera era al 6 piano. Avrebbero dovuto comunicarlo a Booking e non lo hanno fatto.

感觉环境没有以前那么好了，厕所的洗漱用品都没有了，连拖鞋都没了，而且那个被子一盖就不舒服，身上有点痒，还有蚊子

Struttura buona, camera di dimensioni lievemente ridotte, difficoltà nell’uso del bidet posizionato dietro la porta del bagno e con poco spazio a disposizione. Colazione migliorabile. Aria condizionata non controllabile dalla camera ma solo dalla reception. Comunque consigliato
