Lot of variety in buffet breakfast. But south indian food taste was not authentic. Room service was good.

Visited cis jammu for had good time enjoyed the food. Nadeem was excellent helped us with the options of food.

I had a wonderful lunch at Mosaic. The food was delicious the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was excellent. A special thanks to Nadeem for being so friendly, attentive, and professionale He made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Mosaic is a great restaurant for dining with family and friends and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable meal. Looking forward to visiting again!

We have very good experience especially the service team they are very polite in nature we enjoy a good food . We want to thanks service two ladies both of them given us good service and both of them are very polite and punctual. Thank you both of you wish u to have bright future ✨️

The following shortcomings were observed during the stay:

The body wash bottle in the bathroom remained empty throughout the entire stay.
A common over-the-counter medicine, Disprin, was requested from the reception; however, it was not available.
Buffet service was not available for dinner.
There was a considerable delay in serving food after the order was placed.
No gymnasium/fitness facility was available at the property.

I had a wonderful dining experience at hotel country Inn Jammu mr omesh and mr suresh provided excellent food and beverage service throughout my visit they were polite attentive and ensured that every request was handled efficiently their warm hospitality and professionalism made the experience truly enjoyable thank you both for the outstanding service keep up the great work

The Experience at a Mosiac restaurant is great as well as the service had been rendered by Nadeem and whole team of Mosaic restaurant is great

We were very much delighted with the warm and asthetic ambience. The staff was very cooperative and courteous, especially the restaurant food and service were exceptional, captain Nadeem himself took care of our needs and ensured that we were served the best continental as well as authentic delicious food. I really appreciate their efforts and would definitely like to visit again.

We are very and satisfied with the food very delicious food staff is very polite and co operative we love the service of restaurants and stay is also very comfortable cleanliness and hygiene is maintained by hotel , Nadeem sir is very kind and co operative person . I would definitely recommend do come and enjoy your stay and delicious food .

I had checked-in to the facility to unwind after a rigorous travel over a couple of weeks. The service was up-scale and prompt, and I was able to relax for a couple of days before continuing my journey. The staff is kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this facility to my acquaintances.
