The man on reception was very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was good with a lot of choice, and the pool was very nice. However…

Cons:

There was a bad smell as you entered the hotel which became worse in the bedrooms. We had two rooms and they both smelled badly of decades of stale cigarette smoke masked by cheap fabric and air freshener. The rooms are very small and the bathrooms tiny. The bathroom floor was wet when we arrived and stayed damp. The shower is terrible and floods and there is no door or curtain.
But worst of all - there were bedbugs. I have bites and blisters all over my hands and arms. I was in room 116. I stay in hotels for work all the time and this was the worst experience I have had in many many years. My first time staying in a Kyriad - and now my last. As a well known hotel chain I expected better - even though it is a budget hotel - I have stayed in many others - ibis, B&B, premier classe, even F1 - and not had an experience like this. Extremely disappointed and expecting some compensation for my discomfort.

Nous aurions apprécié pouvoir y loger mais nous navons pas pu accéder à nos chambres, la borne ne nous ayant pas délivré les cartes pour y accéder. Numéro d'astreinte injoignable.

Bien pour dépanner mais laisse à désiré…

La climatisation et le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

La moisissure dans la douche.
L’absence d’eau froide au robinet de la salle de bain.
La moquette sale et percer au sol.
La douche qui bouge dans tous le sens et qui est trop petite pour un adulte.
Le rideau de la fenêtre cassé dans un coin .
Pas de bonjour de la part du personnel le matin …
Je ne recommande pas se type d’hôtel …
