Cons:

Getting charged for an early check in when arriving approx. 1 hour before the 15:00 official check in time.
( I did get it refunded when I left at 03:00 the next day!)

Hotels should be kids friendly as well esp for the price of the family room.
Pros:

The bathroom and shower room are amazing. The bed is very comfortable and the office section is very spacious. The entire room is very nice for a family.

Cons:

There’s no toddler chair while there is a cot in the room. I am expecting that there will be a toddler chair, and we request our breakfast (which is included in the hotel) to be delivered in our room and we pay for the delivery😅 You know when you have a toddler it is easier to eat in the room than in the public, that’s the reason why I booked a big room with dining area.
