À la réception Emma a été très efficace, le petit déjeuner était remarquable le maître d’Hotel a été très efficace et prévenant.

Cons:

La qualité des chambres franchement médiocres tant sur la qualité des meubles que sur la propreté alors qu’il suffirait d’enlever la moquette sale par du plancher facile à nettoyer et que sur les couleurs qui la rendent triste et peu attrayante.

Cons:

The information about the parking could be clearer. It stated that the price for the day would be 34 euros, but we ended up paying nearly 60 euros for 24 hours. I think it needs to be explained in better detail that the hotel has no affiliation to the parking and the price is solely determined by the parking machine. Another less important detail was that there was no coffee machine in the room, and when we mentioned it at the reception, they gave us a voucher for coffee at night. All a bit disappointing...

Tout. Chambres sales, aucunes précisions pour le petit dejeuner on m'a confirmé a l'accueil que le petit déjeuner était inclu en chambre et me facture + de 150e a la fin de mon séjour. Hotel 1 étoiles à fuir

Pros:

Große, schön eingerichtete Zimmer, komfortables Bad (Toilette allerdings nicht abgetrennt).

Cons:

Wenig Auswahl beim Frühstück, Service konnte ausgebaut werden.
Leider keine Wellness-Einrichtung.

Vriendelijk onthaal, perfecte locatie, parking, lekker en gevarieerd ontbijt

Cons:

Voor die prijs mag je bvb wel een fles water aanbieden op de kamer. De prijzen in het in house winkeltje zijn erg hoog

Bereits unser zweiter Aufenthalt innert zwei Jahren. Sehr schönes, ruhiges Hotel an guter Lage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vieles ist zu Fuss erreichbar, gute Restaurants auch ausserhalb des Hotels. Hunde sind willkommen.

Cons:

Die Parkgarage ist leider, wie viele Parkgaragen in Den Haag, nicht für die Höhe unseres Ford Turneo geignet, da zu klein. Aber das ist ja auch nicht der Fehler des Hotels. Eine geeignete Parkgarage haben wir dann im Museumsquartier gefunden, welche wir empfehlen können.
