Prima verblijf.
Pros:

Locatie is top. Hotel overall prima. Geen klachten of iets.

Cons:

Voor 5 star had ik het iets luxer verwacht, een uitrij kaart parkeergarage, en tenminste iets van water in de minibar, die dus helemaal leeg was.

Cons:

Bar was well appointed but lacked atmosphere.
Could have more e bike available. The 2 on site were taken just before our hire so we didn't bother to enquire.

An enjoyable stay with comfortable rooms, attentive staff, and a relaxing atmosphere.
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at the Hilton in The Hague. The room catered for all our comfort needs, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate our request for a desk fan, despite the room having air conditioning. The bathroom was spacious, with both a bath and shower option, and the shower cubicle was large enough to feel comfortable rather than cramped. The blackout curtains ensured an excellent night's sleep.

The only minor area for improvement would be the air conditioning, which could perhaps be set to a cooler temperature. Combined with the quite thick bedding, the room felt a little warm at night. Overall, however, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the excellent service provided by the staff.

Cons:

We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a generous and appealing selection. The only area that could benefit from some refinement is the service for the cooked-to-order breakfast items. While the food area is well stocked, it can feel somewhat crowded during peak periods due to the volume of guests.

During busy breakfast times, the process for ordering hot items such as omelets, poached eggs, and fried eggs can result in waits of up to 10 minutes before they are delivered to the table. This creates a slight disconnect from the traditional breakfast experience, where guests would typically enjoy their eggs alongside the rest of their meal.

As this is the first time I have encountered this approach, I wanted to share the feedback in the spirit of continuous improvement. Given the hotel's otherwise high standards, I believe a few adjustments to the process could significantly enhance the guest experience and make breakfast feel even more seamless and enjoyable.

Einziger Mangel ist die viel zu kleine Dusche. Bücken bei geschlossener Tür nicht möglich. Und nix für Leute mit Platzangst. Sorry in so einer kleinen Dusche war ich noch nie. Da hätte man vllt auf die Badewanne verzichten sollen. Schade ...ansonsten Top Zimmer
