Uitstekend hotel op een mooie locatie

Locatie en het ontbijt

Cons:

De Booking was online gedaan en er was verwarring of het met of zonder ontbijt was. Inclusief geboekt en dat is dan jammer als dat niet goed doorkomt.

Nie polecam pobytu w tym hotelu!
Pros:

Śniadanie bardzo dobre i smaczne

Cons:

Pierwszy raz mi się zdarzyło że Hotel odmówił mi wystawienia faktury, cedując to na Booking. Pomimo meli i próśb nie dostałem faktury.

Pokój był brudny: szyby nie umyte, na parapecie ptasie kupy, poduszka dziurawa, fotel poplamiony, biurko obite. W holu nie ma dostępnego dla Klientów komputera.

Nie jest to standard pięciu gwiazdek

Hotel się chwali że ma parking, a jest to ogólnie dostępny parking za 36 Euro.

Pomimo uwag wysyłanych do ekipy hotelu nikt nie zareagował.

Nie polecam pobytu w tym hotelu!

Pros:

Einfach alles sehr gut.
Tolles Hotel direkt im Zentrum von Den Haag. Tiefgarage ( Q-Park Mauritzkade 39 ) direkt darunter und mit direktem Zugang ins Hotel. Online Buchung mit Kennzeichenerkennung war günstiger und super einfach. Alles automatisch bei Ein-/Ausfahrt.
Sehr schönes Hotel mit einfach superfreundlichem Personal. Wunderschöne Zimmer mit guten Betten. Frühstück in der tollen Räumlichkeit des Hotels/Restaurants " BlueBlood ". Selten ein so reichhaltiges Frühstück gesehen. Frisch gemachtes Omelette auf Bestellung, Lachs, Obst und Sonntags Sektfrühstück usw. Einfach alles passt zusammen. Macht bitte weiter so.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war sehr schön von dem Ambiente her, aber einige Ecke/Kanten des Mobiliars könnten schon mal neuen Glanz erfahren. Vielleicht auch einfach mehr deutsche Sender im TV zum Einschlafen.
Jetzt wohl typisch Niederländisch ?!? Warum gibt es bei einem großen Doppelbett immer nur eine riesige Einzel- Bettdecke, wo jeder Nachts um seine Decke kämpft. :-)))

The room was beautiful and spacious

Cons:

The room was not well prepared before our arrival. At the Front Desk, we had to wait for more than 5 minutes before a representative came to assist us. There were unclean dishes and items on the tables near reception and outside the door of our room.

Hervoragendes Hotel in der Innenstadt von Den Haag
Pros:

Großes, komfortables und ruhiges Zimmer mit bequemem Bett. Perfekte Lage in der Innenstadt von Den Haag, Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestelle in der direkten Nähe. Tiefgarage direkt unterm Hotel. Viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe.

Cons:

Die Dusche ist etwas klein und die Dichtung der Duschtür kommt bei nutzung der Regendusche an ihre Grenzen.
