Das Hotel würden wir wieder buchen.
Pros:

Das Frühstückbuffet war super gut und sehr vielfältig. Das Personal war in allen Bereichen sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sehr grosszügig und sauber.

Déçu. Un hôtel quelconque.

Bel hôtel, bel emplacement, le personnel du bar très sympathique est professionnel.

Cons:

Malgré une réservation confirmée depuis le mois de mars, mon arrivée a été marquée par une situation inacceptable : après plus de 10 heures de route, il m’a été indiqué que l’hôtel était complet et qu’aucune chambre n’était garantie, allant jusqu’à évoquer un relogement dans un autre établissement. Une chambre m’a finalement été attribuée après un temps d’attente, mais l’expérience était déjà fortement dégradée dès l’accueil.

Un verre m’a été offert pendant l’attente, geste appréciable sur le principe, mais insuffisant au regard du désagrément subi.

Au-delà de cet incident majeur, le niveau de prestation global apparaît en décalage avec le positionnement de l’établissement. Les services et équipements proposés restent limités pour cette catégorie, avec notamment une absence d’accompagnement en chambre, des prestations globales peu différenciantes et des équipements en chambre assez basiques.

Par ailleurs, certains éléments attendus n’étaient pas présents dans ma chambre (peignoirs, pantoufles, eau mise à disposition), ce qui renforce l’impression d’un service en deçà des standards.

Enfin, aucun retour sur mon séjour ne m’a été demandé lors du check-out, ce qui reflète un manque d’attention portée à l’expérience client.

Au global, l’établissement ne répond pas aux standards d’expérience attendus pour sa catégorie. L’écart entre la promesse et la réalité est significatif.

très agréable, reposant et proche de toute commodité
Pros:

check in plus tôt que prévu, parking sous l'hôtel, chambre confortable, spacieuse et insonorisée, literie très confortable avec 4 oreillers et petit déjeuner buffet très complet avec des produits de premiers choix y compris le service de table très agréable et avenant.

Cons:

Manque une machine a café pour le prix de la chambre et manque une barre d'appui de l'autre coté du mitigeur pour la baignoire.

Pretty good stay in a beautiful city

Cons:

Regrettably, the housekeeping staff didn’t check both the rooms which which were allocated to us in one, the shop wasn’t working properly and in the other the air-conditioning was not working. I complained to the hotel staff and within a few few hours, the hotel manager called me and offered me some compensation for the inconvenience we encountered. My wife and I were very pleased with the outcome. Overall, I would recommend this hotel as a good place to stay.
