Don't fall for the fake discriptuon and images
Pros:

Only one reception staff who works during the the day was really friendly and helpful, the others not at all.

Cons:

The room was not nice at all, the fridge, kettle, TV and AC did not work and when we told the staff on the first day he came and gave a replacement kettle (which still was broken) and tried pressing buttons on the TV and checked the fridge and said he's coming back and never did, this staff saw us throughout our visit but chose to ignore us after that.

We went two days without being given towels, but the cleaner took the ones we had.

The pictures on booking.com is completely photoshopped, does not reflect the hotel, the window opened to an alleyway with no light in the room forget about a view.

The outside and steps to the hotel is extremely dangerous with cars coming constantly and beeping, and on many occasions they nearly hit me and my kids. But I can't believe that booking.com allow the hotel to upload fake images to this degree.

The breakfast was extremely extremely bad, suvh limited options and no juice! They had a juice dispenser and we was told there is no juice.

Că era curățenie și schimbau prosoapele in fiecare zi, chiar și patul l-au schimbat o data sau de doua ori.

Era un hotel vechi deloc renovat, deteriorat de timp, prosoape curate, dar vechi și uzate.

Hospitable staff and a comfortable stay
Pros:

We got in quite late and the staff were extremely helpful. They brought us bottles of water and gave us two rooms because they did not have the room with two queen beds that we reserved. They helped us find what we needed the next day, and arranged an airport shuttle.

Cons:

Breakfast is not very good. Rooms that are next to the street can be very loud in the morning, although this may have been because of the Nauryz celebration. The hotel is not as close to the historic center as we thought. A taxi there costs between 300-400 lira.

قربه من محطة الباص والتاكسي ووجود سوق متنوع وسعره مناسب وقريب من الفندق - الموظف الموجود في الاستقبال جداً محترم ويرحب بالجميع ويتحدث العربية قليلاً
ايضا السواق اللي استقبلنا من المطار جداً محترم ومتعاون

بوفيه الفطور مكرر لا يوجد تنويع في قائمة الطعام كذلك صوت الموسيقى الصاخبة في الصباح جداً مزعجة - الغرف ضيقة جداً لا يوجد مساحة لوضع الحقائب .. ولا يوجد استغلال ذكي لمساحات التخزين في الغرفة
