Lage ist super

Cons:

Morgens beim öffnen der Balkontür war der Fettgeruch aus der Küche deutlich zu riechen. Hier sollten bessere Filter genutzt werden. Die Matratze war sehr verschließen. Hier sollte man öfter tauschen. Denn etwas schwere Männer liegen unten auf dem Holzbrett.

Für diesen Preis war das Zimmer eine Frechheit und nur die Lage war das positive daran.
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Meer war sehr gut so wie die kostenpflichtigen Parkplätze waren sehr gut. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden jeden Tag gewechselt.

Cons:

Bei Regen/Starkregen wird das Zimmer überschwemmt sowie es tritt Wasser beim geschlossenen Fenster herein, es sind beim Fenster sogar schon Wasserflecken und die Farbe geht runter. Die Türrahmen beim Badezimmer und Eingang sind schon komplett aufgeweicht und aufgerissen, die Badewanne war undicht da die Dichtung beim Duschglas gefehlt hat, eine Überschwemmungen im Badezimmer, sowie die Halterung nicht logisch angebracht wurde, der 2 Duschkopf ist schon sehr grün und ekelhaft. Staubablagerungen sowie Schmutz am Boden, sie haben bei der täglichen Reinigung nie den Boden zusammen gekährt.

Great stay
Pros:

I would like to give a special shout out to all the staff working at Blue Waves, frontline and behind the scenes. The facilities were super clean, room service was doing a great job and all the cooks and wait staff that made meal time enjoyable. Our family had a very nice stay and we certainly will be back but for a longer stay :)

Pros:

Boravak u ovom hotelu bio je pravo zadovoljstvo od prvog do posljednjeg trenutka. Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno i uvijek spremno pomoći, bez obzira radi li se o sitnicama ili posebnim zahtjevima. Sobe su prostrane, besprijekorno čiste i opremljene svim potrebnim sadržajima — od udobnog kreveta do modernog kupaonskog pribora.

Lokacija hotela je savršena: dovoljno blizu glavnih atrakcija, ali u mirnom dijelu grada, tako da se može istinski odmoriti. Doručak je bogat i raznolik, s ponudom koja zadovoljava i najizbirljivije goste.

Definitivno bih se vratio i preporučio ovaj hotel svima koji traže spoj udobnosti, kvalitete i vrhunske usluge.

War ein schöner ruhiger Familienurlaub!
Pros:

Zimmer waren sehr gemütlich mit einem schönen Balkon mit Meeresblick! 2 Toiletten bei 4 Personen war sehr praktisch!
Hotel liegt direkt am Strand! 2 Pools die nie überfüllt waren!
Waren am Anreisetag schon gegen 9 Uhr morgens unten, Zimmer war zwar erst ab 15 Uhr bereit aber wir konnten vorher schon die Pools nutzen oder zum Strand gehen

Cons:

Rezeptionisten konnten gar kein Deutsch, da musste man sich mit Englisch aushelfen, war aber kein Problem!
Ankunft war Samstag und da standen am Pool schon einige gebrauchte Gläser rum und der Mistkübel war schon überfüllt, das wurde erst Montags weggeräumt!
Am Strand gleich neben dem Häuschen mit den Liegen wurde die Böschung in den 5 Tagen nicht einmal vom Müll befreit und da lag einiges rum, war nicht sehr ansprechend!
Essen war im großen und ganzen vollkommen in Ordnung, nur von den Nachspeisen war ich sehr enttäuscht, gab immer die selben Kuchen die nicht wirklich geschmeckt haben!

Lepo, družini prijazno letovišče, ki ga z veseljem priporočam za sproščen dopust.
Pros:

Top lokacija hotela tik ob plaži, kjer so ležalniki in senčniki zastonj. Osebje zelo prijazno in uslužno, predvsem tim na recepciji. Sobe čiste, prostorne in z lepim pogledom na naše morje. Zajtrki bogati, okusni in z veliko izbire, tudi sadja.

Cons:

Omejeno zunanje parkiranje, notranje (garaža) pa je plačljivo in cena ni vključena v osnovni paket.
Glede na to, da je obmorski resort na balkonu ni sušila za kopalke in brisače, kar je precej nepraktično, saj jih moraš obešati kar na ograjo. Zaradi vetra lahko padejo na spodnje balkone ali celo na tla, kar je moteče in neprijetno.

Gute Lage. Nettes personal

Cons:

Management lässt zu wünschen übrig. Ein armer Receptionist muss eine lange Schlange alleine abarbeiten. Telefon wird nicht abgenommen. Auf meine Frage nach dem manager wurde mir beschieden, dass die "Chefin in einer anderen Stadt" sei.

Everything was great, I would recommend this hotel to our friends and family.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel close to the sea. We even got free upgrade of the room. The stuff was very nice, always smiling and helpfull. We will be definitely back next year.

Cons:

No space for our cosmetics in bathroom.
