Ugodno bivanje v skladu s pričakovanji.
Pros:

Zajtrk je bil dober in v skladu s pričakovanji. Morska obala je blizu hotela. Sama lega hotela je bolj na samem.

Soba je bila lepo opremljena in prijetna za bivanje.

Cons:

Za vodovodno pipo v tuš kabini bi človek rabil poseben tečaj.

Ker se hotelski kompleks sestoji iz več zgradb, je bilo potrebno precej zbranosti, da si prišel na zajtrk oz. na zunanje parkirišče.

Notranji bazen bi lahko bil večji.

Personal bol velmi usmievavy,komunikativny,ustretovy. Trocha bludisko a schodov vela.
Pros:

Personal bol ustretovy. Hned na zaciatku sme dostali upgrade nasej izby. Parkovanie priamo v objekte za rampou. Najkrajsia plaz v ramci ostatnych. Plaz kamienkova s dobrym pristupom do mora.

Cons:

Trochu lepsie dbat na upratanie izby. Policky boli plne prachu a pavucin.

Dokonalý pobyt
Pros:

Náš Velikonoční pobyt byl díky personálu a prostředí velkým odpočinkem, kdy jsme se mohli věnovat svému rodinnému pohodlí. Proto jsme toto místo navštívili již podruhé. Miluji toto místo. Jídlo bylo vždy velice chutné a pestré, personál je doslova excelentní - jejich péče o hosty je dokonalá.

Lepo, družini prijazno letovišče, ki ga z veseljem priporočam za sproščen dopust.
Pros:

Top lokacija hotela tik ob plaži, kjer so ležalniki in senčniki zastonj. Osebje zelo prijazno in uslužno, predvsem tim na recepciji. Sobe čiste, prostorne in z lepim pogledom na naše morje. Zajtrki bogati, okusni in z veliko izbire, tudi sadja.

Cons:

Omejeno zunanje parkiranje, notranje (garaža) pa je plačljivo in cena ni vključena v osnovni paket.
Glede na to, da je obmorski resort na balkonu ni sušila za kopalke in brisače, kar je precej nepraktično, saj jih moraš obešati kar na ograjo. Zaradi vetra lahko padejo na spodnje balkone ali celo na tla, kar je moteče in neprijetno.

Great stay
Pros:

I would like to give a special shout out to all the staff working at Blue Waves, frontline and behind the scenes. The facilities were super clean, room service was doing a great job and all the cooks and wait staff that made meal time enjoyable. Our family had a very nice stay and we certainly will be back but for a longer stay :)

War ein schöner ruhiger Familienurlaub!
Pros:

Zimmer waren sehr gemütlich mit einem schönen Balkon mit Meeresblick! 2 Toiletten bei 4 Personen war sehr praktisch!
Hotel liegt direkt am Strand! 2 Pools die nie überfüllt waren!
Waren am Anreisetag schon gegen 9 Uhr morgens unten, Zimmer war zwar erst ab 15 Uhr bereit aber wir konnten vorher schon die Pools nutzen oder zum Strand gehen

Cons:

Rezeptionisten konnten gar kein Deutsch, da musste man sich mit Englisch aushelfen, war aber kein Problem!
Ankunft war Samstag und da standen am Pool schon einige gebrauchte Gläser rum und der Mistkübel war schon überfüllt, das wurde erst Montags weggeräumt!
Am Strand gleich neben dem Häuschen mit den Liegen wurde die Böschung in den 5 Tagen nicht einmal vom Müll befreit und da lag einiges rum, war nicht sehr ansprechend!
Essen war im großen und ganzen vollkommen in Ordnung, nur von den Nachspeisen war ich sehr enttäuscht, gab immer die selben Kuchen die nicht wirklich geschmeckt haben!

Gute Lage. Nettes personal

Cons:

Management lässt zu wünschen übrig. Ein armer Receptionist muss eine lange Schlange alleine abarbeiten. Telefon wird nicht abgenommen. Auf meine Frage nach dem manager wurde mir beschieden, dass die "Chefin in einer anderen Stadt" sei.
