Dessus de l’attitude du personnel quand il y a un problème

L’emplacement

Cons:

Je suis resté coincé 30 minutes dans l’ascenseur et personne ne s’est inquiété de moi à la sortie après dépannage. Je me suis passé du petit déjeuner pour être à l’heure à mon rendez-vous. Quand j’ai signalé le problème le soir en arrivant à l’hôtel on ma simplement dit être désolé . Je demande le remboursement de mon petit déjeuner.

Limpio y acogedor
Pros:

Estuve de paso solo un dia, pero todo muy bien, el señor que estába ese día en recepción muy amable, la habitación muy limpia, faltaba jabón y no los dieron al momento, también nos dejaron unas botellas de agua en la nevera, volvería a ir.

Cons:

La habitación que me dieron tenía la vista a una fachada de hormigón, pero como era para una noche no me importó mucho y para acceder al parking hay que pasar por encima de un paso de peatones y no está muy bien, deberían hablar con su ayuntamiento y hacerle un rebaje para entrar para que no sea por el paso de peatones.
