Did not eat breakfast

Cons:

I stayed with my husband. There was only 1 bath towel, the light bulbs were burnt out in one lamp and the other lamp didn’t either work or the bulb was burnt out. Bed not comfortable.

Pros:

The room was very filthy dirty it looked like the sheets were not changed. They had stains all over them. It was so dark. You couldn’t see what was crawling around. I actually ended up leaving. I never stayed there. My reservation was booked for a week. I left immediately after walking in the room

Pros:

Unfortunately, my room was not cleaned well. It looked like my bed had been slept in. The towels were wadded up instead of folded. The whole room needed a deep clean. However, the staff at the desk were very kind.

Very friendly and professional staff and very clean and comfortable room! Excellent location, surrounded by many nice restaurants and activities. Beds were extremely comfortable in the room was plenty spacious. The biggest disappointment was a lack of any sort of vending or snacks available for the late night munchies. Slim to no selection at the little store behind the front desk. But that’s a minor detail. This is an excellent hotel with exceptional staff and very clean rooms that I would highly recommend anyone wanting to stay in Oklahoma City.
