とても満足です。
Pros:

駅まで近いが、駅までの道が混んでないので、荷物が多くても歩きやすい。子供用パジャマ（作務衣）があってよかった。下でお水やウェルカムワンドリンクがいただける。

Pros:

フロントの方が、一つ一つ丁寧に説明してくれたのでわかりやすかったです。

Cons:

部屋に関してはとても配置も変わった感じが楽しめて良かったのですが、鏡に前の人が触ったあとがあって掃除が行き届いてなかったと思いました。

Corta pero buena.
Pros:

Pros:

スタッフの方が丁寧で
普通のホテルの形と違って中抜けの雰囲気がリゾート感あるつくりのホテルでした。
高層階だった事と新幹線が見えるお部屋だったので新幹線好きな私としては景観が凄く良かった。

Cons:

掃除が雑すぎて汚かった。
浴槽の中に前の宿泊者の髪の毛があちらこちらについていたりドライヤー、換気扇がホコリだらけだった。
エレベーターはエアコンがない為、暑くて暑くて…
禁煙の部屋なのにベランダに吸殻があって取ってなかったり…
今まで沢山のホテルに泊まって来ましたがシャンプーなどのボトルが減ったままになってるのを初めてみました。

駅近で、空港利用者にも便利
Pros:

広島駅(新幹線口)から徒歩で５分。広島空港からのバスが新幹線口側につくので、バスを降りてまっすぐ歩くとホテルに到着は、とても便利だった。

宿泊自体は良かった。
Cons:

駐車場が予約で埋まっていて近隣のコインパーキングは野球開催日で特別料金設定だったため高くついた。事前に電話の問い合わせのときに知らせてくれれば良かった。
