LA HABITACION ESTA CONECTADA CON EL BAÑO ATRAVES DE UN VIDRIO DONDE SE VE TODO DE UN LADO HACIA EL OTRO Y ADEMAS ESTE VIDRIO NISIQUIERA ESTA SELLADO POR LO CUAL LOS OLORES Y RUIDOS SE ESCUCHAN TODOS EN LA HABITACION ES TOTALMENTE DESAGRADABLE, MAS CONSIDERANDO QUE LOS HORARIOS DE LA FAMILIA ERAN DISTINTOS Y CONSIDERANDO QUE ESTABAMOS CON NIÑOS PEQUEÑOS.

EL PERSONAL DEL AREA DEL SPA Y PISCINA SON TOTALMENTE DESAGRADABLES, EL HORARIO DE CIERRE ERA A LAS 21:00 Y A LAS 20:30 YA NO TE DEJABAN ENTRAR O TE PONIAN PROBLEMAS, SE SUPONE QUE EL AGUA DE LA PISCINA INTERIOR ES TEMPERADA Y DE ESO NO TIENE NADA ES UN POCO MENOS FRIA QUE LA DE AFUERA PERO ESTA HELADA IGUALMENTE.

AL TERCER DIA DE MI ESTADIA SOLICITE EL CAMBIO DE SABANAS DEJANDO EL PAPEL SOBRE LA CAMA QUE HABIA QUE DEJAR Y NUNCA SE ME CAMBIARON LAS SABANAS APESAR QUE MI HIJO PEQUEÑO LAS HABIA ENSUCIADO CON CHOCOLATE Y MOJADO LO CUAL ERA NOTORIO, MENOS MAL SOLO FUE CON ESO.

EL SECADOR DE CABELLO NOSE PODIA UTILIZAR REALMENTE A LOS SEGUNDOS SE CALENTABA Y HABIA QUE DEJAR QUE SE ENFRIARA NI SIQUIERA UN ADULTO CON PELO CORTO LO PUDO OCUPAR NI QUE DECIR UNA MUJER CON CABELLO LARGO.

LA DUCHA DEL BAÑO TENIA UNA FUGA ASI QUE CADA VEZ QUE ALGUIEN SE BAÑABA EL BAÑO QUEDABA TOTALMENTE MOJADO POR LO CUAL TUVIMOS QUE COLOCAR UNA TOALLA A FUERA PARA QUE ABSORVIERA EL AGUA, SIN MENCIONAR QUE ESTA DUCHA ESTABA FRENTE AL VIDRIO MENCIONADO EN EL PRIMER PARRAFO POR LO CUAL DESDE LA HABITACION SE PODIA OBSERVAR, OLER Y ESCUCHAR COMO LA PERSONA SE BAÑABA Y EL VAPOR ENTRABA DIRECTAMENTE A LA HABITACION POR LOS ESPACIOS DE ESTE VIDRIO CON LAS PAREDES.

CUANDO RECLAMAMOS POR CADA UNA E ESTAS COSAS NO HUBO SOLUCION ALGUNA SOLO QUE MANDARIAN ALGUIEN A LA HABITACION, NUNCA FUE, QUE HABLARIAN CON EL PERSONAL DE LA PISCINA, ETC., PEDIMOS CAMBIO DE HABITACIN Y NOS DIJERON QUE TODAS TENIAN EL MISMO DISEÑO Y EL MISMO TIPO DE SECADOR, EN SI NINGUNA SOLUCION REAL.

LO UNICO AMABLE EN SI FUE EL PERSONAL DE RECEPCION QUE ALMENOS PIDIO DISCULPAS.

Excelente en todo
Pros:

Desde la habitación, sobre todo la suite, la piscina temperada, el desayuno y sobre todo la excelente atención de todo el personal, tuvimos un percance con mi hijo ya que olvidó en la habitación su PS5 y Fernando el recepcionista mostró gran preocupación junto con todo el equipo y la camarera muy honesta en guardarlo. Lo recomiendo al 100%

Buen hotel gracias a su personal

La atención y el profesionalismo del personal. Lo mejor que tiene el hotel!!

Cons:

No funcionaba el aire acondicionado más allá que el personal de mantenimiento y resto del equipo del del hotel puso la mayor buena voluntad y predisposición… es un problema de raíz que debe solucionarlo una empresa especializada. Detallo esto porque es la segunda vez de las 3 veces que me hospedé en el hotel que el aire acondicionado no funciona!!

Buen lugar para ir de shopping y comer rico

La ubicación cerca del mall, tranquilidad para andar caminando, infraestructura muy moderna y linda, desayuno muy rico

Una situación que vivimos en la piscina, la joven que estaba ahí tuvo una actitud bastante prepotente. Relató: fuimos a la piscina con mis hijos todos con los gorros pero en la piscina comenzó a llegar más gente y se bañaron sin gorros, mi hijo mayor se lo quitó, por ende el pequeño también (TEA) después que se retira las otras personas (que no tenían gorro) llega prepotente a decirnos que tienen que ponerse gorro a lo que mi marido le contesta si la regla es para nosotros o para todos. A todo esto mi hijo pequeño no quiso colocarse el gorro tuvo una crisis y tuvimos que llevarlo a fuerza llorando por qué quería seguir en la piscina. La forma en que nos habló fue la que molestó, lo mismo al entregarnos las toallas súper desagradable.
