Pros:

The direct access to the mall is great. It is a very short walk to the outdoor restaurant section of the mall which has many options for lunch or dinner.

Cons:

The air conditioner in the room did not seem to work very well. We had a shower over a bath which I did not realise when booking.

Pros:

The staff is really nice and helped us a lot! Same day cleaning service. Room was big and very clean. Great location.

Cons:

They don't have a lot of breakfast options for celiacs. The gluten free bread touched the normal bread, which doesn't make it safe to eat anymore for celiacs or people with a gluten allergy.

So Convenient & Very Comfortable
Pros:

Very comfortable. The staff were all so lovely. But the ultimate benefit of staying here is the super convenient location. It's literally attached to the Zone @ Rosebank mall, so you can get to and from without having to go outside. Also saves you having to drive or Uber around, as there are lots of places to eat and things to do right there. I will absolutely stay here again.

Lovely Breakfast. Comfy beds. Super close to the mall with secure private access.

Cons:

Booking.com mixed up my booking. I paid for a king room, however, the hotel stated otherwise. I showed my receipt but the way Booking.com managed the booking on the back end meant we ending up in a Queen room instead. This wasn't the hotels fault, they showed me the booking. Just can't trust Booking.com- I've had 4 bookings go wrong recently. Won't use booking.com again.
