I'd stay again
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was excellent including the service. The room was nicely appointed. The location was very convenient. The hop on/off bus point is right outside. Restarant options next to hotel are varied. Front desk staff are friendly and trained well.

My arrival transport did not show but they complimented me the return trip. Also as an early check was no available I was given a free drink while I waited. This is the service you need to make up for any shortcomings. Keep up the great work

My arrival was delayed due to canceled flight, but my roommate arrived on time, and was sick. The staff stepped in and took care of her, waiting on her, checking on her-- they were fantastic! They certainly went 'about and beyond'. A BIG THANK YOU to the staff. We ate breakfast and one eve meal there, food was excellent! The 'hop on hop off' bus starts at this hotel which is very convenient

Excellent value for money. Comfortable rooms, clean, safe and the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was good too. I stored my bags here safely for 4 days whilst I went on a safari too. The hotel is connected to a shopping mall with a secure entrance / exit, and you can walk to shops and restaurants safely. Highly recommended

This is a great location. We used the Gautrain from the airport. It’s clean, the staff is super friendly. It’s everything you need in a hotel.

The hotel was very nice, conveniently located next to two excellent, safe shopping malls. Too bad that it's not, according to the hotel staff, safe to walk around outside in what appears to be a pretty nice area.

The stay was ok,except for always only finding 1 small hand towel,1 bath towel,1 bottle water? Its always like this ,why? Room is booked for 2....

As a solo female traveller I was a bit worried about safety visit g South Africa. This hotel was the perfect choice for access to transport, nearby food and shopping and the hop on hop off bus right at the door. Highly recommend.

Great stay and location!
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience at the Holiday Inn Rosebank. The hotel is in a perfect location, with plenty of restaurants and shops just steps away. The hop-on hop-off bus even departs right from in front of the hotel, which made sightseeing super convenient.

Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay.

We originally had one more night in Johannesburg planned at a different hotel in Sandton, but we decided to return to this one instead – all because of the excellent service, great location, and overall comfort.

Highly recommend!
