Good hotel and good location but the staff are not friendly with guests

1- house keeping do not like to add water bottles to my room
2- WiFi was very week and unstable
3- the staff at the reception were not friendly
4- I arrived at 11 AM and my room was available but the reception charged me 500 ZR for early check in and ignored that I was traveling 9 hours to reach Johannesburg

Hôtel pratique pour visiter Johannesburg.
Pros:

Chambres confortables, hôtel bien situé pour visiter Johannesburg puisque le départ des bus touristiques rouges se fait devant l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Il y a pas mal de restaurants dans le quartier.

Cons:

La clim ne fonctionnait pas très bien et nous avons eu un peu chaud, nous l'avons signalé le jour de notre départ.

The airport shuttle that was 3 times the cost of Uber and arrived late. Poor room service. The food, when it did arrive was tasty.

Hotel situé à Rosebank, quartier sécurisé, et avec un accès direct à un mall et à d’agréables rues piétonnes avec grand choix de cafés et restauration rapide. Hotel très propre, chambre confortable.

Bom hotel
Pros:

O hotel é confortável, os apartamentos têm bom tamanho, assim como o banheiro. As camas são muito agradáveis e proporcionam boa noite de descanso. Há amenidades no banheiro. O café da manhã é excelente, com grande variedade de frutas, pães etc. A equipe é muito atenciosa e prestativa.

Cons:

Houve um problema em meu quarto com insetos, o qual foi prontamente resolvido pela equipe. O gerente entrou em contato comigo para pedir desculpas e se esforçou para resolver o problema.

Top hotel!
Pros:

Alles! Grote kamer groot bed grote badkamer (bedroom met kingsize bed) ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, heerlijk ontbijt en locatie is ook top. De mall waar je naar toe kunt is echt mega groot.
