Plenty of car park spaces, friendly staff, best breakfast lovely swimming pool

The swimming pool
Breakfast was the best ever hash browns and my made to order ham omelette was delicious and very light
Very friendly staff, even housecleaning laddies said good morning back to us. Was lovely

Cons:

The bed was to hard and the pillows, and there was no TV guide to tell us what programs were on.
There was no leaflets to tell us more about the restaurant what meals they making,
No information about the spa facilities

The bed was really comfortable. Best night's sleep in ages.

Cons:

One of the cubicles in public toilet in reception was blocked and filthy and had had not been cleaned for quite a while.
