Lovely hotel, rooms, bar area, restaurant and staff welcoming and would happily sty again.
Pros:

Hotel was lovely, rooms were comfy and had everything we needed. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating, they made sure I had a table nearest the breakfast buffet, due to mobility issues.
Breakfast was amazing and lots of choice, compliments to the chef!
We used the spa facilities, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, all good.
2 mins walk to park and ride so we caught the bus into Reading town centre.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike. Would only say I would’ve liked a jacuzzi but that’s my preference, nothing against the hotel.

lovely room and hotel

Cons:

room service appeared limited to full blown meal, I was fed at my training venue at lunchtime so wanted perhaps a snack in the evening. TV's need updating, no app capability so couldnt log into netflix account or other tv account eg channel 4. I did manage to cast my tablet onto the tv but i generally like half watching tv half playing a game so couldnt do that. Also fancied a spa treatment but unable to book in the morning for later that day - could only book for 24 hours ahead which i understand but should be clearly advertised as i would have booked on arrival

Pros:

Staff amazing

Cons:

Only thing i didn’t like at the pool people were filming their experience taking photos although there is no camera allowed
Also during the night bathroom drains were very loud water gurgling through the system
