Good for what we wanted
Pros:

It was a good location for the train station to get to Ascot for the races.

Definitely come back to this hotel if I’m in the area.

I have stayed before so knew what I was booking

Cons:

I CLEARLY booked a twin room with booking.com. However, They charged me £75 to changed from a double room to a twin room and despite numerous protests they would no waive the fee. You confirmation states double or twin but it was clearly booked a twin option. I would politely request my £75 is reimbursed

Pros:

Breakfast was really nice , clean rooms and very nice hotel overall

Only negative I’d say is the shampoo conditioner and body wash in the shower was all empty hadn’t been refilled
