The breakfast is very nice. And the staff at the restaurant was very nice as well

Cons:

The staff at this hotel are very rude , avoid if you can. We didn't have a great experience at all. And when you ask to speak to the manger the reception team will lie and say she's not available or there's a man at the reception who will say his the manager. But always look at the wall you will see the managers name. And if she can be bothered she will come out and address your concerns. However the reception team are very poor in customer service

Great and very relaxing stay
Pros:

The friendly staff who were very helpful. The space in the room, the parking was covered. We also enjoyed the service at the restaurant and how helpful the staff were in explaining the menu.

Cons:

Dust in the room. A minor thing but something I target as it is something that can easily be corrected.

Pros:

Mostly clean, staff is kind

Cons:

DAILY MANDATORY DEPOSIT FOR INCIDENTALS 75 F per day!!!! Absolutely bonkers.
Way understaffed.Chlorinated cleaners, scent in the rooms.
Seriously must think of people with chlorine allergies. Super small rooms unlike the photos. Waaaay overpriced.
Corporate boxes for max profit. Would not return.

Pros:

Booked 3 rooms for me, family and friend as we were hosting a party in the Frogmore suite. Staff were excellent! Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Everything was wonderful.
Air-con was also wonderful, not noisy at all on the lowest fan setting.

Cons:

My mum would have preferred if the sofa bed had not been set-up ahead of time, as she would have preferred to just have a sofa. It wasn't needed in our room either.
