Struttura ben curata, molto bella in un contesto altrettanto bello. Servizi top, colazione fantastica e camere pulite e ben servite con tutto quello di cui si ha la necessità. Direi tutto perfetto

L’ingresso dovrebbe avere indicazioni più chiare e avere la possibilità di accedere anche dall’interno del centro commerciale sarebbe ancora meglio

Cons:

We hebben een prettig verblijf gehad in het hotel en het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Toch waren er enkele aandachtspunten. Bij het ontbijt merkten we dat de meloenen een zure smaak hadden, waarschijnlijk omdat de schaal niet tijdig werd vervangen of gemengd werd met oudere stukken fruit. Ook Tijdens de roereieren hadden een zeer sterke, onaangename geur en niet smaakten zoals verwacht. Dit heb ik na veel reizen nog nooit meegemaakt.
Dit doet vermoeden dat er mogelijk een probleem is met de kwaliteit of versheid van de eieren.
Daarnaast hebben we de Milanese kalf besteld. Hierbij viel op dat de kwaliteit van het vlees niet optimaal was. Er was relatief weinig vlees en de panering was dikker dan het vlees zelf, waardoor het geheel erg droog was en weinig smaak had.”

Très bon hôtel proche de Pompeï !
Pros:

Tres bon hotel proche de Pompeï. Confortable et propre ;)
La gentillesse et professionnalisme du personnel. L'endroit est super original.
Nous avions un chambre familiale et nous avons apprécié que la chambre soit quasi séparée en deux. Les enfants ont pu s'endormir au calme.
Bon hôtel

Cons:

Nous sommes tombés un jour où il y avait énormément de vent, un appel d'air dans les fenetre a causé beaucoup de bruit dans la chambre. Cela ne nous a, cependant, pas empêché de dormir.

Es ist einfach unangenehm wenn die Temperaturen im Zimmer zu warm sind...

schöne Lobby und das Frühstück sah soweit sehr lecker aus

Cons:

Es wurde ein Zimmer mit Vulkan Sicht gebucht bekommen haben wir aber lediglich ein Zimmer in den Innhof. Dieser war recht laut. Zudem war die Klimaanlagen ausser Funktion und es war sehr heiss im Zimmer 25 C , Auch der Hinweis auf die Klimaanlage und dem Versprechen das die Temperatur eingestellt wird war nicht hilfreich. Der Aufzug ruckelte und das Glas war an manchen Stellen schon gesprungen.

Gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff. Palestra molto ben attrezzata. Colazione buona

Cons:

Ho prenotato per una matrimoniale uso singola con tanto di conferma. Mi danno una doppia letti singoli e poi mi dirottano in una camera per disabili senza nemmeno uno sconto o un upgrade allo stesso prezzo. Di hotel ne giro 4 a settimana, altrove si sarebbero saputi muovere diversamente.
