Ho prenotato una junior suite, al mio arrivo mi dicono che la camera che avevo scelto non era disponibile, e mi davano una categoria inferiore , per il disguido mi hanno detto che avrei potuto prendere un drink e che avrebbero adeguato il costo naturalmente, al check out hanno fatto pagare a mio marito il prezzo della junior suite , alche faccio presente la cosa , e mi dice “ la stessa persona del check in “ che lui non era autorizzato a modificare l’importo.
