GM Derrick Charles has a very poor attitude towards guest who have issues. I was being double charged and gave me nothing but rude attitude because I wanted to know what was being charged. I told him he his attitude was sh*t, so he kicked me out a day early. He threatened to call the police and have me arrested for trespassing if I did not vacated within an hour. On my final receipt he wrote “banned”. I have never dealt with any hotel manager with such a disdain. I videoed my room as I left just to make sure they didn’t try something shady, better to be safe than sorry.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PARTICULAR HOTEL!!! As long as GM Charles is still in charge.
Staff was very helpful and made check in easy! Our room is so roomy and clean. We have big dogs so plenty of room for them and they have hooks to hang leashes!!!

After staying in 50+ Hotels over the year it’s the best by far. Clean and inviting from outside into Lobby. Room was immaculately clean with plenty of desirable amenities.

Expedia stated the hotel serves breakfast. It does not. Also Expedia stated one price for the travel insurance. It was more than four times more expensive. Not the hotel's fault but Expedia, for not using updated information.
We had a great stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean.
The air conditioner was pretty noisy, and the fire detector has a bright flash every few seconds, but I don't think either of those things woke us.

My family and I booked 2 rooms, I’ve stayed at this location before and was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of both rooms. The toilets were dirty, the plates around the doorknobs were filthy and the refrigerator handles were disgusting. Luckily we are clean freaks and bring Clorox wipes everywhere so we were able to clean what was probably someone else’s fecal matter off both toilets and sanitize contact surfaces. I enjoy this line of hotels because of the kitchen but after finding a whole loaf of bread in one room I was scared to open the cabinets in the other room as it was clear the cabinets were not checked. I’ve worked in housekeeping at a casino before and it is hard work, you’re not given enough time to clean everything properly. This was probably an oversight by the housekeeping supervisor. We were also disappointed that there was no breakfast offered, thankfully we were not limited on options around the area. Grateful for the staff getting our rooms next door to each other, and I hope things are better for my next visit.

Rude employee. Banned us from hotel before even checked in. Hidden from camera employee followed to car when we left flipped us off and said sit and spin.
They don’t accept cash or prepaid debit card.
Did not get to stay the manager was very rude and race it. Also once we was out of the lobby in our car trying to find another hotel, he called the police on us. Police was understanding and stated that this happens all the time. My suggestion to Candlewood if you want all customers to fill welcomed at this location, fire the manger. Then what he did while I had children with me is even more unacceptable.
