Always my first choice! Great location, service, room, view, staff!!!! Looking forward for my next trip in Feb 2026
I would like to share some observations regarding my recent stay at your hotel:
• The hot water heating was turned off at night, which caused inconvenience.
• There were ongoing painting works in the hotel, and we were requested to keep the curtains closed at certain times. In addition, the paint odor was very unpleasant inside the rooms.
• When I requested to check out at 2:00 PM, since I was attending a training course held at your hotel by my company (Kuwait Petroleum), the front desk staff was not cooperative and insisted that I leave earlier. However, after speaking with the manager, my request was thankfully approved.
I kindly hope that your management will take these points into consideration to improve the quality of services in the future.

1) extremely long waiting while checking in at the front counter;
2) miscommunication on offering free breakfast to Bonyav member;
3) poor communication skill with client’s need;
4) credit card machines needed to be restarted again while getting the payment from client

Overall the hotel is very good. Very convenient location attached to the mall. Good food options. Besh the Turkish restaurant was good. Staff need to be better prepared and need to know that food has to be served in stages.
The pools were very good. You just have to be prepared for the noise of the kids. You won’t be able to rest there.
The staff. All in all they were great and friendly. Very warm. The set back is the reception. At times it gets too busy/crowded and the back office didn’t even take action. They wanted people to wait. Which is frustrating specially when checking out. And yes the front desk didn’t pick up when I called to pick my luggage up. Again, most of the staff are amazing.

This is a wonderful hotel and all of the staff in this complex are exceptional. This was our second stay at this hotel. The rooms were so clean with everything you look for in a good hotel. The breakfast dining room is excellent with a great range to choose from. The staff in the restaurant were so helpful and courteous. Location above the shopping centre is fantastic. Thanks for a great stay once again. Greg T

Great Hotel, Disappointing First Impression
The hotel is beautiful and well-located, but my stay started off on the wrong foot. Check-in was slow and impersonal, and it took too long to remove alcohol from the room, which was concerning since I was with underage teens. The experience improved later, but the first impression left a mark. May work for business, but I wouldn’t choose it again for a family stay.
Very dusty. Couldn’t stop sneezing. Considering u had a small baby with me I’m very unhappy
