Perfect for family stay, very clean and comfortable.
Pros:

1-bedroom was great size for family. Would definitely stay again. Very clean. Washing machines and dryers were very fast.

A little disappointing overall.
Pros:

Good parking, easy checkin.

Cons:

Room was tucked away behind the conference centre with no ventilation in the bathroom. Room generally tired and not totally clean.

Ordered a smoothie for breakfast, when told after a wait there were no bananas, asked for a refund. Was then advised they would need to call front desk. After a further wait a banana was found for the smoothie.

had a great couple of days in nelson , would stay again only longer next time.
Pros:

hot shower .quiet location . own car park. restaurant on site had a lovely breakfast. walking distance from town.

Pros:

Wonderful staff. Very accomodating with an early checkin and late checkout. Decent sized room with a lovely large spa bath. Totally worth the extra $ for the room with the spa bath. Great kitchenette that has all the basics to be able to cook.

Cons:

I don't have anything to add here. It is a very comfortable hotel to stay in.
