Location was good as we needed to be close to that hospital
Comfy beds good linnen

Cons:

Being upstairs and no lift , so for elderly people this can be difficult
This could be advertised better.
We know now to request a downstairs studio.

would never stay here again and have told others the same due to not getting our bond back.

Was close to the hospital and town. Bed was fine

Cons:

The service. I pre paid for the room. and then had to pay a extra $200 on arrival. I couldnt afford to pay this yet I still had to otherwise I had no where to stay with my son. When I paid i used a visa debt as I didnt have a credit card.... all this time and I still havent gotten the money back? They told me its my banks issue..... THIS ISNT GOOD ENOUGH! Also the room was not nice at all. It didnt look like the pictures it was very dated. NO Parking outside the room at all for a large suv.
