Зупинялися з чоловіком на одну ніч у номері superior.Номер чистий, світлий і зручний, ліжко комфортне. Було тихо, тож добре виспалися. Персонал привітний, усміхнений і готовий допомогти. Є укриття на цокольному поверсі. Розташування зручне, близько до центру, але без шуму. Приємне місце, куди хочеться повернутися.
Неймовірно задоволені перебуванням у цьому готелі! Я була з донькою, і для нас усе було ідеально: чистий і затишний номер, привітний персонал, зручна локація та приємна атмосфера – відчували себе як удома. Дякуємо за турботу та комфорт! Обов’язково повернемось. Рекомендуємо на всі 100%!
Дуже затишний готель з привітним персоналом, завжди готові допомогти з будь-чим. Номер був світлим, всюди бездоганна чистота, зручне ліжко - давно так не висипалася :) є все необхідне для комфортного відпочинку.

The hot water didn't work the first night, but the staff fixed the boiler the next day so the rest of my stay was without any problem.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Senator City Center in Kyiv,and it was an exceptional experience. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished and immaculately clean, making it immediately welcoming. The kitchen was well-equipped, which was perfect as we felt like dining in.
The location of the apartment was also ideal, centrally located with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and shops. It also has a shelter on the basement floor (they even have hotel rooms there).
The staff at the apartment-hotel were outstanding; they were friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. They provided excellent recommendations for things to do in the area and were always available to help with any requests.
Senator offers great apartments that are a good option for a longer stay in Kyiv. The kitchen was equiped with some essentials, and the apartment also had a washing machine/ some washing powder.
Everything was perfect. The shelter in the basement is maybe not the most comfortable/ spacious in case required. But there is an option to book a basement room, which could provide a lot of ease in case of air raid alerts.
In my apartment only one of the pots worked on the induction stove, so I couldn't use the other pots/ pans.
