Beautiful central Florence hotel
Pros:

Location is very central. Hotel is finished both in the common areas and the rooms to a high standard. Rooms have all the usual amenities - robe, slippers, steamer, soaps, mini bar etc.
Dinner in the hotel was delicious. Breakfast had a good spread and is offered in room for a reasonable fee.
Staff all very helpful.

Cons:

If I had to name anything would be that our tea and sugar was not replenished daily in room which was only missed because we didn’t get up early enough for breakfast every day otherwise you could get it downstairs included.

We would definitely stay here again, perfect hotel and location is superb.
Pros:

The staff were exceptional, polite, kind and informative.The breakfast was very good with a complete range of items to suit all tastes. The common areas were immaculate and tastefully decorated with a lovely traditional Italian ambience.
