City Square Florence Excellence
Pros:

The NH Collection Firenze Porta Rossa exceeded expectations. The hotel itself has such history and it has been interwoven into the modern world. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room we had was enormous with an amply sized bathroom (double sink). Because of the student population in the city, the street got a little loud but that is no fault of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Un hotel boutique con un ambiente encantador, ubicado en la mejor zona de Florencia
Pros:

El hotel es muy lindo, acogedor, la decoración preciosa, el personal fue muy amable y la ubicación es espectacular, a pasos de Piazza de la Republica, de todas las calles comerciales más lindas y de buenos restaurantes.

Cons:

La habitación era muy ruidosa, se nota que las ventanas no tienen doble panel o antiruidos y eso fue muy molesto ya que en la noche pasó gente riendo fuerte, autos y motos y los sentimos como si estuvieran adentro de la habitación. En la mañana nos despertamos alrededor de las 6 am por los ruidos de autos. Creo que definitivamente un hotel de esta categoría debe contar con un sistema de aislación bueno.

Pros:

A hotel in a great location, housed in an impressive 13th-century building. Spacious, well-appointed rooms! Excellent, friendly staff. Staying here is a real treat. I’ll definitely be back here someday.

Il y a sans doute mieux pour le prix payé
Pros:

La possibilité de changer la chambre avec bain contre une chambre avec douche (comme demandée lors de la réservation, mais pas attribuée). C’était très décevant à l’arrivée, mais l’hôtel a eu la souplesse de la changer).

Cons:

Le salon, qui est situé trop près de la réception et de l’entrée. Le fonctionnement du parking. Si on a besoin de quelque chose qui se trouve dans la voiture, il faut attendre une demi-heure ☹️. Lors du départ, nous avions demandé 2h. à l’avance de pouvoir disposer de notre voiture pour partir, mais le moment venu, la voiture n’était pas disponible. L’hôtel avait oublié de le demander au garagiste, qui n’était pas disposé à réparer cet oubli en la cherchant tout de suite.Nous avons dû attendre 20 minutes, pourtant le garage où se trouvait notre voiture se trouvait à moins de 50 mètres de l’hôtel. Frustrant quand on doit faire beaucoup de kilomètres après. ☹️☹️
Et pour 3 jours nous avons tout de même payé 145€ pour une MINI Cooper SE.

Pros:

Tout était parfait : la situation, l accueil, la literie, le petit déjeuner très complet avec des produits frais et de bonne qualité. À conseiller et on reviendra

Un seul petit bémol : la qualité des serviettes de toilette pas assez douces.
