Cons:

喫煙の部屋しか空いてなくて、泣く泣く喫煙の部屋に泊まりました。13階全体と、部屋に入った時のタバコの臭いが気になりました。
喫煙の部屋を選んだこちらが悪いですけど、、、。

Pros:

ホテル宿泊で浴槽に浸かることがあまりなかったのですが1点ユニットバスだったためゆっくりと過ごすことができてとても嬉しかったです。
部屋、洗面所とトイレも清潔感があり、とても良かったです。

Cons:

特にありませんが、エレベーター内に自販機の場所等表示があれば分かりやすかったかなと思います。
